Smoke-Free Sanctuary
To preserve the integrity of the custom interiors and fine furnishings, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a odor-remediation fee up to $2,000.

The Commonwealth Estate is located in a prestigious, quiet historic neighborhood. To maintain our standing in the community, we observe the following:
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No Unauthorized Events: Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
- Policy Enforcement: Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Note for VRBO Guests: Cancellations are refunded minus a 3.9% credit card processing fee.
