Home Preparation & Cleanliness:
The estate is professionally cleaned and inspected before each new tenancy. Our housekeeping team follows a thorough cleaning process so that the home is ready for everyday living at check‑in. For longer stays, we can help arrange additional cleanings on an as‑needed basis.
Optional Mid‑Stay Cleanings:
For guests on extended visits, optional mid‑stay cleaning services are available upon request. These may include fresh linens, basic kitchen tidy‑up, trash removal, and light cleaning of common areas, scheduled at times that work for you.
Support During Your Stay:
We are happy to help coordinate practical services typical for longer‑term residency, such as additional cleaning or local service referrals. Any third‑party services are arranged directly with providers and are subject to their availability and terms.

We enjoyed our stay at this stunning home for Christmas with our extended family. The house was clean, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for our group. We cooked a big Christmas dinner, played games in the living room, and even ventured outside to enjoy the yard in the snow. The grounds are beautiful and the kids had a great time exploring. Lots of cool stuff to find around the house, the library bedroom was our favorite! If you are on the fence about where to stay near Boston, this is it!

We recently stayed at this home while visiting family in the Boston area, and overall we had a very nice stay. The house itself is beautiful and offers plenty of space to spread out, which worked very well for our group.
