It is a beautiful place on the Bluffs, overlooking the Ocean and swimming pool. very convenient, near an elevator to quickly access parking. This rental is by far one of the best we’ve stayed at. We stay on in Solana perch properties at least 2 to 3 times a year. Absolutely beautiful and very clean. The owner thought of everything. We loved the decor and everything about it. Very peaceful. I felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book!

The apartment was beautiful and clean with gorgeous ocean views.The problem was not telling in the listing information that there was no air conditioning. It felt often very humid inside even though they provided multiple fans.Investing in two mini split air conditioners would make it perfect. Ocean views were beautiful, however there was no view of the beach itself, which we did not expect.Lastly, unfortunately, also not specified was that the only beach access was 0’5 miles away.That said, it was a beautiful Spanish style and well stocked apartment and we enjoyed a wonderful stay.
