Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para ver nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar". Recientemente hemos completado una renovación completa y actualizando continuamente nuestra propiedad por lo que siempre estamos muy contentos de compartir con nuestros huéspedes. La casa de verano ofrece uno de los alojamientos más relajantes, para toda la familia en Panamá City Beach. No hay seguridad las 24 horas, ascensores rápidos, y siempre de aparcar cerca ... incluso durante la temporada alta!

Nuestra unidad de la planta 4ª tiene capacidad para 7 personas con una cama de matrimonio en el principal con vista al golfo. Hay una reina y dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar - todas ellas equipadas con nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de la marca y wi-fi. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay una nueva lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia.

Nuestro balcón vistas a 2 piscinas de la laguna (1 climatizada en invierno), una bañera de hidromasaje, una piscina para niños, y un gran mirador frente al mar. Otros servicios se enumeran a continuación y todo el equipo está disponible en la recepción.

Todas las unidades de The Summerhouse son para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas. Los huéspedes deben tener 25 años o más a menos que la unidad está ocupada por un padre o tutor legal o invitados están relacionados por matrimonio. Todos los huéspedes deben presentar una identificación con foto a la llegada. El huésped reservando la unidad (25 años o más) deben estar presentes en el registro de entrada y permanecer presentes en la propiedad en todo momento con otros huéspedes.

Perfect location! Nice condo! Beautiful beaches!

Our family loved our stay! Mike and Jana has a beautiful clean condo and the beach chair set up daily was so nice. Location was perfect with not being in the tourist part of PCB but close enough to all attractions! We will be staying here again.

Family friendly....perfect description! We have 2 young boys and God has blessed us with this place to enjoy as we're doing our best to raise them right. I love the we don't have to worry about their safety or how close we are to the road. There is 24-hr security and we have the peace of knowing our kids are safe. The Summerhouse is amazing and perfect for our family too! Thank you for the review...it's short and simple but important for others to know! God bless your family!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Steps to the ocean, beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable bed, close to the grocery store, I could have stayed forever. Mike and Jana had stellar communication and very professional. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. This was definitely the shortest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The convenience of where the condo is located is amazing. Everything was clean and really great for the six of us. The owners were amazing hosts, and we will definitely visit again.

Had everything we needed!

The condo was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. I was able to do laundry and cook meals for my family. We had a great view of the ocean from our room as well. Oh and loved having the beach chairs!

Amazing ocean view!

We loved every minute of our stay! The condo was beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and had a great large closet area in the master bedroom. The owners are very prompt with information and were very helpful with details about the area. We would love to return to this beautiful condo! It is our choice for the perfect beach vacation!

Owners are Awesome!!!

Even better than described! Everything is new, owner is awesome.Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need as far as dishes and cooking equipment for our stay, coffee maker (pot and single cup), blender for tropical cocktails, a crockpot and a refrigerator with a working ice machine enjoy your cocktail on the patio while watching the dolphins frolic, beautiful white sands and the tropical pool area.Parking was easy and elevator was smooth and never crowded.Not fancy but comfortable and very enjoyable, cant wait to come back!!!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

We absolutely loved Mike and Jana’s condo in PCB! The pools were beautiful and our toddler loved the kiddie pool! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The master bedroom was perfect! I loved that it had windows looking out at the ocean and the bed was so comfy! We also loved the complementary beach chairs! And Mike and Jana were the best! They were responsive and quick! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo overlooking the gulf. Owner was great! The cleaning crew not so great. The floors were really dirty and bed linens did not have a fresh smell Overall we would go back!

Amy, thank you so much for staying with us and we very much appreciate the feedback. I wish you would have let us know about the floors as we would have had our cleaning staff come back and make it right for you. Our cleaning staff lives very close to our condo and they are always very responsive if we need them for any reason. As for the bed linens, I'm sorry they didn't have the fresh scent you were expecting but we use a hypoallergenic detergent on all of our linens so that they are free of any dyes and perfumes. We do this to protect guests who may be sensitive to those type of environmental allergens. We will do our best to communicate this more clearly in the future. Again, thank you so much for the valuable feedback and thank you for staying with us. We'd love to have you back in the future.

Perfect Location!

We stayed at Mike and Jana’s condo in Panama City Beach for our March vacation and it was the most perfect place for us. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and perfect view of the ocean and pure white sand! What a bonus to have the beach chairs and umbrella included! Having so many restaurants and beach stores to walk to is great too. Mike and Jana were very quick to respond to texts and are so very kind. I would recommend staying at their property, as they really care about their guests.

Thanks for a great condo to enjoy some much needed rest

Loved this condo. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was supplied which really made our stay nice. So much room and the kitchen was so nice. The unit looked out on the pool and the beach. The Summerhouse is family friendly and well maintained. Communication was excellent with the owners. They made a point of checking with us at check-in to make sure everything was ok. A very good experience. Thanks so much.

A Lovely Vacation!

My sisters and I take an annual beach trip. There were three of us this time. One wasn't able to make it. We had a fabulous time! We love to stay on Thomas Drive because there aren't as many people as on Front Beach Road. This condo was perfect for us! The beds were extremely comfortable. It's beach front, so the views are magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Mike and Jana were the best! Great hosts, great family, great location, great home away from home...What more could you need!!!
