Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire estate. This includes the main house, the beautifully landscaped backyard with its multiple seating areas, and the private saltwater pool and spa. Enjoy complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

The Tennis Club neighborhood has a deep-rooted history that dates back to the glamour of Old Hollywood, attracting icons such as Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe. Today, it's a sanctuary of tranquil beauty, quiet, tree-lined streets, and meticulously manicured gardens.



Tucked against the impressive backdrop of the San Jacinto mountains, you'll get to witness first-hand the everyday spectacle of the Valley's spectacular natural beauty. It's more than just a neighborhood; it's an oasis of calm in the vibrant heart of Palm Springs.



Despite the tranquil environment, the lively downtown Palm Springs, with its world-class dining, sophisticated galleries, and charming boutiques, is just a short stroll away. This unparalleled combination of desert serenity and Downtown access is what makes the home's location so ideal.



Other Things to Note:

* **Palm Springs City Ordinances:** To comply with city regulations, outdoor music is strictly prohibited at any volume. Music played indoors must not be audible from the property line. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred for violations.

* **Booking & Verification:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written contract, which will be sent prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers via a secure portal after booking.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Optional Pool Heating:** Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours before arrival.

* **Cancellation Policy:** 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. No cancellations are permitted for holidays and special event weekends. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous protocols, using EPA-registered products to clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, soft surfaces, and dinnerware before your arrival.
