Escape to our 3-bed Rockwall haven, perfect for 6 guests! This modern home features a king bed, jetted tub, foosball table, and a full kitchen. Enjoy the cozy fireplace and two 55" SMART TVs. Located in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from premier lake access, a marina, and unique shops. Your ideal Texas retreat for work or leisure, complete with a private 2-car garage.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

While we enjoyed the house and it was nice, comfortable and a great floorplan, the yard was not mowed, it had weeds and the grass was about a foot tall. The washer did not work, we washed one load of laundry and the motor would not shut off unless we unplugged it. We had one night of 2 separate fire alarms going off at 1:30 and 3:00 AM. So we sat up to make sure there wasn't a fire of anything else - still do not know what caused that. We did contact the owner/company and were told they would address the issues but it was not addressed while we stayed there. If these issues were taken care of I would not hesitate to book again.

Overall experience was good
We came into town for multiple family gatherings for memorial weekend. It was a 5 night stay. I would recommend the master shower getting fixed with a better shower head is very low pressure. The house had two rolls of toilet paper and that was it and with 5 people staying there we ran out so had to go buy an extra roll. It would’ve been nice to have an extra handy. The backyard was very nice and spacious and the kids loved playing in it in the evenings running after lightning bugs. However the was a piece of the retaining wall missing so I wasn’t comfortable leaving my kids unattended in the backyard. Overall it was great and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

We’ve had several VRBO stays where we felt at home and comfortable at a much lower rate. This home was okay for our family but not great. Due to the fence falling down in the back and the gate not working on the side we couldn’t let our kids play freely here or the dogs be outside unaccompanied. The front was filled with what looked to be broken stones, bricks and weeds. The beds were okay. When we wanted to reschedule the owner was not very flexible and wanted to charge us 50% of our stay to book later. This was less than 24 hours after we booked well ahead of our stay. There “policy” on this is ridiculous. We will not be coming back here.

We have rented vacation homes through VRBO for many years. This was the most neglected and misleading property we have ever encountered. The neglected exterior, unresolved maintenance issues, and misleading listing description made this a very disappointing experience.The listing advertises this home as “walk to the lake,” which is not accurate. When I contacted the rental company to ask how to access the lake, I was told we would need to drive to the lake area and then walk once there. Advertising this property as walkable to the lake is misleading. It had influenced our decision to rent this house.The condition of the exterior was shocking upon arrival. The property looked abandoned. Both the front and back yards were completely overgrown with weeds that were well over a foot tall. We notified the rental company immediately on Thursday when we arrived, yet no one ever came to mow or address the issue during our stay. The backyard was so overgrown that the patio area was essentially unusable.The maintenance problems throughout the home were numerous, including burned-out lightbulbs, a peeling floor in the master shower, cardboard covering a window, and a missing section of the back fence, etc.What is especially frustrating is that the home's interior is actually comfortable and well decorated. This property clearly has potential, but the lack of upkeep, maintenance, and quality control overwhelms any positive aspects of the stay.
