Comience sus vacaciones en Florida en Kissimmee y las posibilidades son infinitas. Estamos justo al sur de Orlando, colocándote en el centro de todas las atracciones y actividades que convierten las vacaciones familiares en diversión sin fin con recuerdos duraderos, disfruta del lujo de tu propia piscina privada, casa totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades y accesorios modernos. más acceso gratuito a internet de alta velocidad y uso de PC.

La villa está convenientemente situada a poca distancia en coche de Disney World y de todos los otros parques temáticos importantes en el área de Orlando, Florida. Además, estamos a menos de 2 millas de la emocionante "Autopista 192? y un poco más de "International Drive", donde encontrará todas las tiendas y restaurantes que necesitará en sus vacaciones de ensueño en el "Estado del Sol" de América.

Nuestra villa familiar tiene capacidad para 8 personas y está amueblada y equipada con un alto estándar, situada en una tranquila zona residencial pero a solo minutos de todas las atracciones del área.

Nos complace dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes que tratarán nuestra villa con el cuidado y el respeto que pagarían por su propia casa.

Debido a razones de salud y seguridad, y la consideración de otros huéspedes, tenga en cuenta que esta es una villa para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas.

Great place

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, for the four of us we had plenty of space which was needed after a small room in New York. The house had everything we needed and wanted, no problem at all. Would stay here again.

Great stay

House was clean and had all supplies needed. The pool area was nice and the neighborhood was nice as well. Not too far from grocery stores and restaurants. The bed in the master was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again myself.

The villa was lovely. The pool was a nice size, and we were very close to local shops and theme parks. We had a couple of issues which were eventually resolved. Overall a really nice villa.

Lovely stay in a great location

We loved our stay in this property. It was a really high standard, very clean and the best location for Disney. Also very spacious with a great size pool. Although Indian Ridge is an older community than Windsor Hills, the properties are more spacious and have bigger pools so I prefer it here. This villa had great size rooms and a lovely kitchen. The community feels quiet and very safe. I would definitely stay again.

House was exactly as listed. Perfectly located if you are hopping around, and near everything you need. Come for the house but stay for the pool! One little issue with the check in code but resolved in one phone call - would recommend pool temp a little higher if not on the 90’s. No complaints and would book again!

Beautiful home and excellent management

This beautiful home is as exactly as pictured. It is nestled within a quiet neighborhood within a short 5 minute drive to major stores, an abundance of restaurants and an exit away from Disney. We did experience an issue with a bed frame but the property manager was very attentive, in constant communication with us and worked quickly to get the issue resolved asap. Having that and a beautiful home sure made things perfect while on vacation. I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to families and friends.

Nice stay

Great location - close to Walmart, Publix and Disney, but just far enough away in a quiet neighbourhood for a more relaxing feeling. 3 Bedrooms on one side of house and master (with attached bath that also leads to pool deck) on the other side. Plenty of space for a family or even two. Lots of cookware, BBQ, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer all available. Everything was very clean and easy to locate in the house. TVs with Roku sticks in each of the bedrooms and living room. Pool was a great size and clean. Towels available, but you’ll need to bring your own pool toys/floaties.

Perfect in Every Way

The house and yard are immaculate! The house is fresh and clean — the furniture, finishes, fixtures look brand new. The Owner has provided more than enough dishes, utensils, kitchen and bath towels as well as pool towels. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, bowls, and cooking utensils. We stayed for three weeks and cooked all our meals and we had everything we needed. The pool and lenai were impeccable! We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. This house exceeded everything we hoped for, including the location in a quiet neighborhood.

Good location close to Disney

Having stayed in a few different areas around Disney, it was nice to have somewhere that was really close - it makes a huge difference to only be 15 minutes away at the end of a busy day. The house had everything we wanted and is very well equipped - all the little things like lots of crockery and cutlery etc. Only slight disappointment was the size of the pool, which although being perfectly adequate, the photos possibly made it look bigger than it actually is (why can’t properties list the actual dimensions). We had a couple of small issues with the house during the time we were there (ice maker on fridge not working, blocked garbage disposal), but these were dealt with brilliantly by the management company, rectified the same day on both occasions….excellent service. Would happily stay again next time.

1st Anniversary Vacation (Feb 2021)

The property was beautiful. I loved the pool area that was described on line and the actually property did not disappoint. We were very pleased. The pool was heated so it was great to enjoy. The house itself was very nice and spacious. It could have been comfortable for many more guests, but this trip was just for us. We did encounter a a small issue and notified the management, told them it was no hurry, but they fixed the issue right away. House keeping needs to look under furniture as we found a baby's swim suit when we moved one of the foot rests. Otherwise the place was clean, comfortable and we had an amazing time. We would definitely rent again. Thank you.

A perfect fit!

We were very pleased with the home (size, location, price, amenities) and would definitely stay here again. While the home is slightly older it was clean and we'll furnished and very comfortable. The only thing I disliked was that the pool was 'serviced' on Tuesday during our stay, which rendered it unavailable for several hours on our scheduled 'pool day'. If we had known Tuesday was the pool maintainence day we obviously would have planned our pool time for another day. And the property manager wasn't particularly pleasant when we notified them of our concern. Other than that, a great property and stay.

Nice house

The check in process was confusing because the directions said to check in with security. There was no security on site. The key pad to get in the door wasn’t working properly nor was the grill. Management took care of the issue promptly. We really enjoyed our stay in the home. Spacious and the pool area was amazing. We wish they could have mowed the back yard area before we came be what’s the grass was tall. Each time I had an issue I emailed management after hours and they got back to me fairly quick. I would recommend staying here and I would bring my family back again. The privacy of the home is great! When we left the keypad to lock and arm the house was not working.

Florida villa

Property itself was overall very good. On arrival problems with entry keypad. Code given did not work. Another couple provided also did not work. Eventually given lockbox code for actual key which allowed entry. Not very good start as we were exhausted after long flight, drive from airport and super overheated with heat at doorstep. Pool had no safety pool net/barrier. Beds were not the comfiest. Big negative: enquired about availability of cot bed and was advised could ’hire’ one for $120. We brought our own only to find TWO in the garage if the property. Surely if we are renting the house we should have use of everything within that property? That enraged me. Even if they were left by previous tenants then this should have been communicated to us. Not as if we hadn’t already paid a lot of money to stay! Property is very close to Disney parks and shopping. Would recommend property, especially if items outlined above are addressed

Great place to spend the vacation

We really liked this house. It's large, clean and pool is beautiful! Only minor thing we would suggest is to upgrade TV in the master bedroom (it's quite small and seems a bit outdated). Would be nice to have TV in family room as well. But otherwise excellent house. We will be back!

Halloween on Christmas Stay

This house was great! We were 4 adults (aka 2 couples no children) and were able to have our own space, since the master is offset from the main area and each had own bathrooms. The house looks EXACTLY like the photos posted so no surprises you could normally encounter when booking rental homes. Our only complaints were the streaming service for TV in the master bedroom was spotty, if you didn't want to watch Netflix. The dish drainer has seen better days. This house has been added to our 'would stay here again' board for future trips to the Mouse!
