This property offers 6 bedrooms (including 5 king beds) across the main house and guest house, plus 4 bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool (with no charge for heat), and a hot tub. Blocks from the bay and a bridge away from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy beaches, fishing, jet skiing, and more. 12 minutes to IMG and 50 minutes to Lakewood Ranch Sports Complex.

The Space:
The main house features 5 bedrooms, a spacious chef’s kitchen plus a chef's pantry that includes another sink and prep area, and multiple areas for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including plenty of dishes, a large gas range for family meals, and seating for up to 16 at the dining tables, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. Relax in the living room or the sunroom, offering ample space for groups to gather and unwind. The main house also includes 2 full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and a half bath for added convenience.

The guest house offers a private retreat with 1 king bedroom, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a half bathroom. An outdoor shower is also being added for extra convenience. The guest house provides a great option for those seeking privacy or a quiet space within the property.

Outdoor Space
The outdoor area is designed to maximize relaxation and enjoyment. With plenty of seating, an outdoor firepit, and an outdoor TV, it’s the perfect spot to gather, whether for casual evenings or special occasions. Tropical accents and murals add character to the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
