Nice apartment, great location

Wonderful little apartment on the edge of little Italy and Greenwich village, everything you need in walking distance ! Exactly as advertised, would highly recommend for a short stay

A week in Little Italy

The unit was clean and very well kept. We had no issue lounging and sleeping during our stay. The stairs were a bit of a slog for some of us but it seemed very in theme with being in Manhattan. The community around the unit is incredibly vibrant and active. There was plenty of food and activity options around us as well as easy access to the subway. I would stay here again!

Excellent Location

The apartment is perfect, is clean and the location es excellent, with the only minor issue being that it's on the 6th floor, and the floor is slightly uneven. However, the property manager’s attention is excellent, always responsive and ready to address any questions we had. The response time is incredibly fast, which we truly appreciated.

Disappointing experience - unresolved issues and lack of support

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. There were several issues that made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable:1. Nowhere in the listing did it mention that this was a 5-storey walk-up. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find ourselves lugging our bags up multiple flights of stairs with no prior warning.2. The lock box to access the apartment was frozen due to the cold weather, and we were stranded outside for hours. This was the coldest day of the year in New York, and we couldn’t get in touch with the host to resolve the situation, which left us in a very distressing position.3. When we finally managed to get the lock box open (after a long struggle), we realized that the key didn’t work properly. We had to fight with it just to open the door, and again, we couldn’t get ahold of the host for assistance, which was incredibly frustrating.4. Upon entering the apartment, we discovered that the fridge wasn’t working. This made it difficult to store any food, and we had to deal with the inconvenience of arranging alternatives.5. The kitchen was poorly equipped with basic utensils, no tea towels, and lacked even the most basic condiments. For a property that claims to be fully furnished, this was disappointing.To summarize, this was an unpleasant stay due to the poor communication, maintenance issues, and lack of amenities.I would not recommend this property unless the following issues are addressed.

Christmas Season in NYC

Cute apartment in a great location. Just blocks from SOHO, shopping, great restaurants and places to walk or ride the subway to Rockefeller Center. We love the festivities all around.
