This was a good place for what we needed, close to the action of NY and not far from main sub way lines. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we were out and about, but it was as advertised.

It's a small and cozy apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. The communication with the host and self-check in worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the location, however that also comes with the negative point of street noises also at night. So it might not be suitable for people with slight sleep. otherwise, we like the stay!

excellent location if your plans call for Broadway shows and Broadway activities. Hostess was very responsive to each request.

I'll start with the bad. The communications prior to checkin were frustrating. Host required me to send ID, insisted on communicating off the VRBO platform, required me to download an app to get into the building, and the unit is actually located an address that was different from the one listed on VRBO (just a few blocks away). So, we just had no confidence that we actually had a place, what it was going to look like, etc which was a bit of a stress. Ultimately, we ended up having no problems with check in, the unit was fine, etc.Once we got in, some of the furniture, etc. was slightly different than in the pictures. And the unit was a little beat up (for example, the microwave handle was broken off). But the unit was incredibly clean, and the location was excellent. Aside from the issues above, communication was good.
