2 large living and dining areas with serene ocean views make the main floor ideal for gathering, and each has its own dedicated full kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range, undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed for preparing and serving the group's meals. A passage between the living rooms connects the two halves of what was once a duplex, so moving from one side to the other is easy. 2 King bedrooms also sit on this level, each with direct access to a bathroom that opens to the hall as well.

Bedrooms take over the top floor, with 6 divided between the east and west parts of the level. 2 beachfront King primary bedrooms lead the way, each with a private beach-view porch and a deluxe bath featuring double vanities, a tub, and a separate shower. 2 lagoon-view bedrooms with pairs of Queen beds share a bathroom with the 2 remaining bedrooms, which have Queen beds. A laundry closet on each side brings the total to 2 for the floor.

The coast's best pleasures are all close at hand outside. A deck just off the living room has room to soak up the sun, sip a cocktail with a view, or dine al fresco, and your very own private heatable pool is ready for a cooling dip. A charcoal grill sets the stage for beachside barbecues and cookouts. Just across the dune walkover, a stretch of gorgeous private white sand beach awaits, and an outdoor shower is there for a quick rinse when the day is done.

Sol Mate sits on West Beach Boulevard, 2.6 miles west of Hwy 59. It's a peaceful retreat close to the heart of Gulf Shores and everything the area offers, yet away from the crowds and condos.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
