Spacious 4-bedroom house in the heart of the Garden District with ample parking.

Your Monroe adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. The welcoming atmosphere of this property will make you feel right at home. All your guests will have room to visit with space for up to 5 or 6 vehicles to park on site. There's plenty of room for everyone to relax with 6 twin beds, 1 queen bed, and room for an air mattress (or two). The two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a bathtub/shower combo, ensure convenience for all. The home features a fenced-in back yard and quiet neighborhood. Enjoy hanging out outside? There is plenty of outdoor furniture under the newly installed 12' x 20' gazebo with sliding bug screens during summer and walls during winter. Fall in love with Monroe and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

****PLEASE NOTE: The amount of guests on your reservation will determine how many bedrooms will be available. If you reserve the home for 2-4 people, the master bedroom and bedroom 3 will be available. If you reserve for 5-6, in addition to the master and bedroom 3, bedroom 2 will be available. For reservations of 7-8, all bedrooms will be available, and for reservations of 9+, the air mattress will be available.

Ryan and Rhonda were perfect hosts. The pictures of the home do not do justice for the perfect home that we enjoyed. The house was very clean and all necessities provided. There was room for all of us ladies and girls for dance competition nearby. Will definitely keep this home on our list of homes to stay in again!

Wonderful house!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for me and my family. The decor was lovely, neighborhood quiet and a nice backyard for the kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Stay at Epiphany House!

Our recent stay at Epiphany House was truly delightful! The decor was so inviting and homey, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A huge highlight for our family was being able to fit everyone around the dining room table – it really enhanced our shared meals and family experience.The kitchen amenities were fantastic and well-stocked with everything we needed, from silverware and plates to wine glasses. While there was a minor issue during our stay, the hosts, Ryan and Heather, were incredibly thoughtful and responsive in addressing our needs promptly, which we greatly appreciated.We also loved the unique artwork throughout the house, which added a fun touch as we tried to decipher the musicians.Another big plus: the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy for a couple of us to work remotely without a hitch—an unexpected but much-appreciated bonus!Overall, we were extremely pleased with our time at Epiphany House and would highly recommend it for a comfortable and memorable family getaway.Thanks again, Ryan and Heather!
