The apt itself is located on the ground floor of the mansion and features high ceilings throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding to get a great night's rest!

This beautiful and well-maintained building was originally constructed in the late 19th century and has been carefully restored to retain its original character while incorporating modern amenities for your comfort. In total is is 12,000 sq ft with 5 apartments total. We love how much downtown Fort Wayne has grown and love the combination of the new attractions with the history of this mansion property built in 1843.

Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay! You'll have your own private entrance on the West side of the building with plenty of private off street parking available.
