Venga y disfrute de la conveniente ubicación y las comodidades del International 101, ubicado en la ladera de Mt. Crested Butte. A, abierta salón-comedor grande está prevista alrededor de una chimenea de piedra. La cocina recorrido remodelado y snack bar ofrecen comodidad y conveniencia. Las habitaciones son amplias, cada una con baño contiguo y un armario grande. Dos puertas correderas de cristal dan acceso al patio grande. La unidad está completamente amueblada, hasta la ropa y platos. Con una gran vista de las montañas desde su ventana, puede disfrutar de un día ocupado en las montañas y luego relajarse en la comodidad de esta unidad. La unidad se encuentra a pasos de las pistas y cerca de muchos senderos en el verano. 101 Internacional hace una gran base para su estancia!

La entrada del Edificio Internacional está en el tercer piso. Hay dos tramos de escaleras para acceder a la I-101.

Su apartamento está cerca de la elevación de la pared Oeste. A pocos pasos, los esquís en, y se encuentra en las pistas!

Instalaciones del complejo están seguros para completar su experiencia. Great view but two 15-step flights of stairs and needs updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a nice week in this unit. Great view from terrace although regularly used by others to go up and down. Unit is functional and adequate (bathrooms and kitchen need updating to be comparable with other units). The two-flights of stairs down on move in are doable. Two flights up on departure are a killer for us. We’d best not stay in this particular unit again. Management (Christine especially) is terrific. We knew the pros and cons going in. All in all a pleasantly cool summer stay.

Just okay, if that

It was a place to sleep but it was lacking in comforts. There wasn’t any handsoap in the kitchen. Didn’t have have measuring spoons or hand mixer which made it very difficult to make cookies, pancakes and chili. I had to wing it. The fold out bed is not even suitable for my 6 year old. The first morning he said, “well I won’t sleep there again”. The mattress is super super thin and has buttons on it that you can feel through the sheets. One toilet kept backing up and there wasn’t a plunger in sight. With two adults and children you can imagine the towel usage that happens, especially with a hot tub on site. There were no extra towels and only 1 towel hook in the whole property. That was infuriating. The space had no fans anywhere. Not even a box fan. The heater ticks all night on and off and we didn’t have a fan for a noise barrier. We cooked in the oven twice and it set off the smoke detectors. The hot tub room is gross! It was not noted that we would have to do three flights of stairs to get to our space. I have a bum knee so that kinda sucked. Sooo crested butte was nice just got a yuck condo.

Great for our stay in CB

We enjoyed our stay here. We were working remote so having the extra space for just 2 of us was great. It is pretty dated but expected from the photos & price. Close to bus stop and had great views of the fall colors! Right on the mtbing and hiking trails.

Reviewer Comments: Property is in serious need of updating; beds were too short, shower heads were too low (I’m 5’4”), there wasn’t enough seating unless guests sat in the wooden dining chairs. Decor was from the 1970’s. I’m not sure the flooring throughout the property has been changed since it was installed during the property’s construction. The positives in staying here was the courteousness of the staff.

The condos are roomy and well equipped, the location is great. Ski on/ski off is a must for us... so we love that.We have stayed in a different unit each time and have never been disappointed... due to availability there were no pet friendly units this trip, but in the past have been so happy to bring the pups. Flexible and helpful attentive staff! We will be back in 2022!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is wonderful. It is a very short walk (in parking lot) to ski out/ski in access point. The property is clean and well maintained but very dated. There is decor from the 1980s and it has not been updated. The beds were comfortable enough for quality sleep but the pillows were uncomfortable (bring your own pillows!). Every room is carpeted including the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub is indoors in a windowless room. There were not enough towels for showers and hot tub so we had to use them for both. It felt like stepping into a time capsule but the condo had everything we needed for a fun family stay in Crested Butte in a great location.

A different experience

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at San Moritz many times, first time staying in Condo I101, is was nice, but in no way compared to the other Condos has stayed in. The heating system in master bedroom was annoying, the sm. front burner on stove didn’t work, the cook ware needs updated for my liking, the furniture is ok but not comfortable. The rental and housekeeping were very helpful and considerate. Overall would stay again at San Moritz but not at I101 again.

Not as clean during COVID19

Cleanliness during the COVID-19 Pandemic was our first priority and we even emailed owner beforehand. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were greeted by no less than 30 flies in the condo. Felt a bit like an infestation. Not sure how they got in as not really holes in the screens. Pretty gross to have to kill them all on arrival. Also, knives in wooden knife holder still had food on several and there were smudges on the refrigerator that could easily be wiped off so wondered when this unit had been cleaned. Especially as someone should have noticed the flies. The location and Mountain View was very nice. Would have been nice to have more than 2 bath sheets as there were 3 people. Seemed very light on towels. Condo was cozy and retro. Twin bed seemed a little short but queen mattress very comfortable. I think the cleanliness and the flies were the real negative issue for us.

A beautiful vacation

We had an amazing time in Crested Butte, enjoyed the views, and the many outdoor activities. Although the apartment isn't modern; it was clean, had gorgeous views and an excellent location. It definitely served its purpose in terms of having an outdoorsy, distanced vacation for the summer.

Great stay!

This property was great for our family of 4--plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in the room. The condo was very clean. Location was good, close to town and the resort and lots of hiking trails.

SLOPE SIDE FUN!

What a wonderful time we had skiing and living in Crested Butte! The condo was an ideal location and the skiing in and out was beyond helpful with a large group. We have stayed in these condos once before and will continue to use them for our future trips up to the Butte!

True ski in/ski out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very old but well maintained. True ski in/ski out but maybe not for beginners. Shuttle came right to the lodge. Hot tub was good (be sure to sign up for a slot). Nice TV and internet service. Biggest issues were loud baseboard heaters, noise from above and quite a few steps when hauling bags/gear. Friendly staff. In the winter, 4 wheel drive is a must. We used the fireplace and wood was provided. Would consider staying again for sure.
