Each bedroom features a smart TV, but what truly sets them apart is their unique charm:

✴ Bedroom 1 – Drift off to sleep in the tropical decor of the primary bedroom with a king bed. The palm trees outside continue inside, creating a serene oasis. This room offers complete access to the outdoor pool area and ample underbed storage.

✴ Bedroom 2 – This tropical bedroom boasts a queen bed and a beachy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day. It also features plenty of underbed storage and a large closet.

✴ Bedroom 3 – Let the young ones drift off to sleep in this sea-inspired decor. It feels like sleeping in an underwater paradise! This room is set up with 2 full beds and offers plenty of closet space and a dresser for all your belongings.

2 FULL BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom features a luxurious dual rainforest shower head, providing a refreshing and immersive way to start or end your day. Paired with waterfall sinks, it creates a spa-like ambiance perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. This stylish bathroom retreat is the ultimate combination for soothing and unwinding.

The second full bathroom, decorated with charming seagulls, offers a tranquil escape with soft ambient lighting. Both bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities you need, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer

BACKYARD AND POOL OASIS
Step into a backyard paradise in Florida, where a stunning pool oasis awaits. The crystal-clear water glistens under the warm sun, inviting you to sit back and relax in the privacy of lush tropical plants and palm trees. Comfortable lounge chairs, pool towels, and fun pool toys are provided, creating perfect spots for relaxation and sunbathing.

Pool is ONLY heated from October to February for an extra charge, please ask us. 🙂

The spacious backyard is perfect for outdoor games like corn hole and volleyball, kick ball or golf, fully fenced for privacy, offers a patio table suitable for outdoor dining, adding to the fun and excitement.

As the evening sets in, gather around the cozy fire pit in the backyard. The warm glow of the flames creates an enchanting setting for roasting marshmallows and making s`mores or sharing stories. It`s the ideal spot to create lasting memories with friends and family under the starlit sky.

GAME ROOM
Step into a lively game room, where the energy is palpable, and the fun never stops. This room creates an exciting atmosphere that beckons you to play. The centerpiece is a high-quality foosball table, surrounded by comfortable seating for spectators and players awaiting their turn. The sound of the ball clinking against the rods and the cheers of friendly competition fill the air. It`s the perfect space for friends and families to gather, challenge each other, and create lasting memories.

Not into foosball? Challenge your friends to a game of darts (don`t worry, mom—they`re magnetic). This room also offers shelves filled with a variety of games, from board games to puzzles, ensuring there`s something for everyone. A cozy corner is dedicated to coloring books and art supplies, where little artists can let their creativity flow.

FULL LAUNDRY ROOM/POOL ROOM/CHANGING ROOM
Our home offers a full-service laundry room equipped with everything you need to make doing laundry a breeze. Imagine a modern washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Laundry detergent and other cleaning amenities are provided for your convenience. Take advantage of the pool/changing room where you can easily transition from a refreshing swim to dry clothes, ready for your next dip in the pool!

ACCESS: You`ll have full access to the entire house during your stay, with the exception of the shed in the backyard (trust us, there`s nothing exciting in there!). The garage is available for your use and can accommodate one vehicle, while the driveway fits two more. Additionally, there`s ample street parking just across the street.

For your convenience, you can enter the home through the keypad deadbolt on the front door. A unique 4-digit code will be provided, ensuring secure and easy access throughout your stay!

Your hosts are available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We will personally check in with you upon your arrival to make sure you feel welcomed and settled in. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, dining options, or any other assistance, we`re here to help.

If you are in need of additional linens or cleaning services, please just call us and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your requests.

We are pet friendly, but please keep the fur-babies off of the furniture and out of pool. We have a $50 pet fee which covers all pets. Please note as you book that you will be asked if you will be bringing a pet.

Luggage Drop-Off

Allowed with prior confirmation.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking. No pets on any of the furniture. Pets are to be cleaned up after. Pet Fees: There is a $50 charge per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.

Tropical Setting:

You may encounter tropical creatures like geckos, lizards, or frogs.
Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control.

No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.

Unapproved late check-out will be penalized. No Unauthorized Guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
