Mercer Island stay

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family stay! A few things on checking in were not as expected, but overall very nice! Communication with the host was so prompt which we appreciate so much. Neighborhood and location were spot on!

Home away from home

We needed temporary housing when our home sustained storm damage and this home was the perfect location for our family to stay over the holidays. Hosts were easy to work with on the very few times it was needed

Great home in a Great Location

We stayed at this home while our family was here from Michigan as our son was being treated at Seattle Children's hospital for the entire month. The home was spacious enough to accomodate several of our friends and family. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and easy to communicate. Mercer Island is a great location that is conveniently located to the downtown area and extremely safe. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

The host canceled on us 30 minutes before check in time. I hadn’t received check in information so I reached out on the way to the house. At that time they told us there was a plumbing issue and they would refund us. They offered no solutions other than a refund and didn’t seem to care at all. Had I not reached out, they wouldn’t have let us know. We had to spend our entire evening trying to locate a new place to stay instead of enjoying the reason we came to the area to begin with. The host listed the cancelation reason as a “conflict with house rules” even though it should have been listed as a maintenance issue. I only gave 1 star because I had to give a star- we didn’t even end up staying there and I would not recommend this place since it is very unreliable.
