It's a cute and colorful space with a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable queen bedrooms and modern bathroom. It is also just a few minute metro, drive, or uber to all of DC’s main monuments. With popular bars and restaurants just a short walk away, this apartment's 600 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1-bath layout is ideal for a weekend getaway.

PLEASE NOTE: This English basement apartment is a subterranean unit with private front and rear entrance, and there is a fully separate 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom unit above. Please check our profile if you're interested in renting the upstairs unit, or the combined 5 bedroom house. Due to the proximity of units we require quiet hours after 10PM, if you have any issues we are just a message away!

There is access to a shared rear patio behind the home via the rear door.

Parking: There is free 2 hour parking in front of the home during the daytime, and at night parking is free from 6:30PM until 9AM the next morning. Weekend guests can park for free on the street from 6:30PM on Friday until 9AM on Monday.
