- Non-smoking property. You must go outside the gates to smoke. - An additional $75 daily to heat the pool. - Events: Any events of over 20 people will be charge a flat rate of $1500.00. More than 50 people will have to be discussed in details with owner and a deposit of $5000.00 will be required. A separate rental agreement is required to be signed at your arrival. It can be revised before arrival upon request. The owner will do a walk through the property with the renter at their convenience before their departure to assure both parties that the property has no damage. Access instructions will be provided once the agreement has been signed.
