House is located 400 ft from the road. Situated on 6 acres

Guest have access to entire property. There is also a game room offering several games that you will enjoy. We also have a Gazebo. The deck is very large and perfect addition for outdoor entertainment.(SCAN QR CODE for ultimate video of outdoors/indoors).

Whisper Chateau is a beautiful home best suited for most any event. We offer a 48 hour rental….2 night minimum. Typical rentals are Friday 12 noon until Sunday 12 noon which includes reception hall, game room and more. . Use your own vendors. Event insurance is required for all stays.

We do offer weekday getaways and weddings. It’s a 2 night minimum stay. Typical rentals are (Tuesday-Thursday), at reduced rate.

**Weekday rentals DO NOT include Reception Hall. The rates are reduced and DO NOT support events

The reception hall is the main attraction. Enjoy your event and stay overnight in the spacious luxury beautiful bedrooms. Each luxury bathroom offers a unique exciting experience too. Smoking/Vaping is NOT PERMITTED indoors. There is plenty outdoor areas for Smoking/Vaping. NO PETS ALLOWED

Additional EVENT INSURANCE is REQUIRED that lists host, home owners and venue as additional insured for ALL events. This is a separate fee that guests are responsible for. APPROXIMATE cost 250.00 for weekend event

No fireworks or Sparkles or live fires outside. The outdoor property is very wooded.

Indoor candles should be contained within a suitable jar or not used at all.
