Imagine immersing yourself in a relaxing soak while surrounded by the serene desert landscape.
The Space:
Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Supply Closet is not accessible for guests
Hot Tub rules:
To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.
The Neighborhood:
Please make sure that when entering the address you DO NOT use apple maps. Gmaps will definitely work and guide you correctly.
* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.
* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

Please be mindful, the road to get to the property IS a dirt road.
