Indulge in the luxury of this exquisitely decorated two-bedroom loft condo, located in The Reserve at the picturesque Sugar Mountain. Accommodating up to six guests, this property offers a spacious and elegant retreat.

The master suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub. The guest room is furnished with a queen-size bed and also includes a flat-screen television, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to it. The loft area offers additional sleeping space with a twin bed and a double-size futon, as well as another full bathroom.
Prepare delightful meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Whether you choose to relax by the gas fireplace or admire the stunning views from the deck, this condo promises an enjoyable and rejuvenating vacation experience.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and during winter months, a 4x4/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires are required for safe travel. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one.

Pleasant Surprise - Bigger than we had expected!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful view, nice beds, great furnishings and full with plates/cooking utensils and everything you would need with great proximity to the ski mountain! We would love to come back - only suggestion would be to please add hair dryers and shampoos to the bathrooms. This is a beautiful place - big space and the loft allowed for great room for the kids! Nice furnishings - a great surprise! Thank you!

Awesome view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was amazing and the home was very comfortable. The views from our balcony as well as from the inside of the home were amazing. The only complaint we had was that the dishes and kitchen appliances were dirty. Everything we used had to be washed before we could use it. The home itself seemed very clean but the kitchen not so much. The leasing company was also great to work with. We had an issue with the TV not working and they were quick to come and help us. We also somehow locked the storm door on our way out to dinner one night and were not able to get into the house when we returned. We called and the office and they sent someone right over to get the door opened for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Not What I Expected!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was disappointing. The weather played a huge part in that evaluation, but the condo’s amenities did not help ameliorate the situation. The temperatures and winds were disastrous and the heat pump combined with high ceilings was woefully inadequate.. We froze! It took 24 hours before the temperature reached anything near a decent temp. The condo was well decorated and clean, but there were several burned out light bulbs and missing lights. The gas logs worked for about 30 minutes to provide a tiny bit of warmth. The smaller main floor bathroom’s tub/shower had drain problems and shower stream problems. TVs were a nightmare. Dead batteries in remote. Difficult to figure out operation of TVs. Management did respond to Tv situation and James arrived promptly. He was not sure how to work TVs but replaced batteries and worked with us.It was apparent that the owners had probably never spent a night or much time in their unit, otherwise they would be aware of the many barriers to a comfortable stay.

Hi Deborah! We appreciate you choosing Sugar Mountain, but are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Unfortunately, we cannot do much about the weather, but we encourage people to make the best of it! It was an unusually cold and windy weekend. The owners of Reserve 12B just had the heating and air unit updated, so it is working. We know you had difficulty with the Smart TVs in this unit. However, most owners are putting them in the units to give guests more choices. We know it is difficult to use if you are used to cable, but most people like the choices. We did send maintenance to help you with the TVs and to replace the light bulbs you reported were out. We did not have any calls about the drain problems or the gas logs. There is an after-hours number that you can call if you have any issues. The number is located in the guest guide that was left in your room. The owners of this unit do visit often and try to address any issues in their condo. Perhaps this would have been a good time to rest and relax and enjoy each other's company! Please come again when the weather is nicer! It really is a beautiful place!

January 2-5 stay

Property was beautiful and exactly as listed. However, our stay could have been alot better. The heat did not work and we had to call to report. Maintenance brought 2 heaters until HVAC company could come out to look at it. 24 hours later we never got an update so I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told they could not get in touch with repair company and sent another maintenance guy to bring a third heater. The sliding doors had a breeze coming the doors in the living room and bedroom. The fireplace did not work. The unit stated no pets but there was dog hair on the furniture. None of the TV's worked or had remotes to control them. Poor communication and follow up. It would have been nice to get a call back or a "just checking in". We have plans to come back in February and will not be staying again!!

We are very sorry that you experienced heating issues during your stay. As soon as we learned of the situation, we sent maintenance to check on things. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the system, so we left portable heaters. We apologize if you felt there was a lack of communication, we were waiting on a response from the HVAC company and we thought you were warm with the heaters that we had left. We were not aware that the TV remotes were not working. We would have taken care of this had we known. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
