Guests will have access to the property through the side door conveniently located along the house. Simply park in the spacious driveway, making unloading quick and easy.

While the garage is not available for parking cars or trucks, it has been transformed into an exciting game room featuring a pool table and arcade games, smart TV and more for your enjoyment. Both the house and garage are included in the listing and fully available for guest use, ensuring plenty of space to relax and have fun during your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ★
The property is located near active train tracks situated behind the home. To access the river, you will need to cross these tracks. Trains do pass through periodically, traveling at speeds of up to 50 MPH.

For your safety, we kindly ask all guests to exercise caution, stop, look, and listen when approaching the tracks. This unique feature adds to the charm of the property but requires attentiveness when accessing the river. Thank you for your understanding and awareness.

★ INDOOR FIREPLACE ★
Please note that the indoor fireplace is non-operational and should not be used under any circumstances. We kindly ask guests to refrain from attempting to light a fire for their safety and the protection of the property.

★ GARAGE GAME ROOM ★
Please note that the garage is heated and cooled. While it serves as a fun game room with a pool table and arcade games, the temperature may vary depending on the season.

★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
