Parking:
Limited to three cars. One car can park in the garage, with one car in the driveway. The third car may park in any open, unassigned parking place located between each home. There is no on-street parking in Wild Dunes.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Things to note:

Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.
Stairs to access 1 of 2 levels.
Hyatt Hotels will occasionally host outdoor events, conferences, and weddings in the Grand Pavilion. A schedule is not published, and all events are managed by Hyatt. There is a noise ordinance in effect weekdays until 10 PM and weekends to 11 PM.
