Excelente condominio frente al golfo de tres habitaciones en Indian Rocks Beach. Piscina climatizada frente a la playa compartida por solo otras 3 unidades, mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 4 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de Blu-Ray, WiFi y llamadas gratuitas de América del Norte. Nota: 1 semana de estadía mínima, requiere llegada el sábado en la temporada.

Este condominio tiene capacidad para 8 personas con una cama king en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y cuatro camas individuales (dos literas) en el tercer dormitorio con todos los NUEVOS colchones individuales en 2019. Relájese en el gran balcón frente a la playa con una parrilla de gas y una escalera de caracol que conduce a la piscina y la playa. Solo un corto paseo por la calle de Gulf Blvd, donde encontrará muchas opciones de restaurantes, entretenimiento y compras divertidas en la pintoresca ciudad costera de Indian Rocks Beach.

"La leyenda dice que la comunidad de playa de Indian Rocks Beach en Florida supuestamente recibió su nombre cuando un curandero nativo curó milagrosamente a su jefe con las aguas de un manantial de azufre natural que se cree que se encuentra en Kolb Park frente al ayuntamiento de Indian Rocks Beach. Los primeros colonos que veían a los indios en su camino hacia la roca rodeada por la primavera decían: "Los indios están en camino a las rocas". A solo un corto trayecto en coche de Tampa o St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach ofrece casi tres millas de hermosas playas a lo largo del resplandeciente Golfo de México.

Wonderful property. Well stocked with quality items. Plenty of beach towels. We had eight family members including an infant and toddler and had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised to find a playpen and stroller on the premises. We used the full kitchen all day every day and had everything to prepare our meals. All contact with the property manager was great. They were very easy to reach and very responsive. Loved having the pool and beach right at our doorstep.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo had everything needed for a beach vacation. There were plenty of towels, including for the beach (thank you!), the kitchen was very well stocked, and the storage closet by the pool had more than enough and toys to enjoy. The location was great, too - steps from the beach via the stairs to the pool area and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families

We loved our stay in this unit! The proximity to the beach and pool being steps away made it perfect for our group ranging from 5 years old to 70 years old. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The management were quick to respond to the 2 issues we encountered during our stay.

Geat place in a great town.

The first thing we noticed walking in the door was that the view matched their picture perfectly. It was a great stay i a large, comfortable apartment. It's well equipped, we didn't miss anything from home. The pool is very nice, access to the beach is delightful. This was our second stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it will probably be our retirement favorite when that comes in a few years.

Very comfortable condo on the beach

We enjoyed our time on the beach front condo with a pool. It very spacious and well equipped. My daughter’s and grandchildren loved that in addition to having the beach we also had the pool to enjoy. We have re-booked the condo for 2022.

Beautiful view

The checking process was smooth and the property and the view were amazing! We loved the condo. The only very minor thing I would say is they have carpet in the bedrooms which is impossible to keep clean with a place right on the beach. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!
