For an optional Membership transfer fee ($600 fee to be paid directly to the HOA), you get the full enjoyment of the Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, including an 18-hole championship golf, tournament level clay tennis courts, wellness center, indoor and outdoor full-service restaurant, clubs, lounge, snack bar and a variety of other fun activities planned every month.
