House Rules:
Minimum rental age is 25. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine will be assessed for unauthorized pets.
No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles permitted in the community.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. A $200 per guest, per night fee will be assessed for over-occupancy.
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests may use the washer and dryer during their stay. Additional linens and towels available for a surcharge.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to confirm your reservation.
