Quiet 1 bedroom Apt. Suite with a private entrance near downtown Raleigh

1/1 Suite on the back of the main house is on sought-after inside the beltline! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre with no neighbors in the front just great views to mature trees…Enjoy relaxing in the living room and/or dinning room area. Incredibly quiet yet a hop away to I-440. Easy access and view to the outdoor patio....great for relaxing or using the fire pit. Parking and private entrance. Centrally located: 1 mile to Crabtree Mall, 3 miles to North Hills Mall and 4 miles to Cameron Village, NCSU and downtown Raleigh! Just you like nice properties, we like nice guests….BEFORE booking please note that we have a FIRM no shoes inside the unit policy.

BEFORE BOOKING:
1. On guest registration and visitors
"For your safety and ours, only the guests included in the original booking are permitted on the property at any time. Any additional visitors are not allowed."  There are exterior cameras throughout the property.
2. On parties and noise
"Absolutely no parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. All guests must observe quiet hours after 11p.m. to respect our neighbors."
3. On identification and booking requirements
"We require all guests to have a verified government-issued ID.
4. On property usage
"This property is for quiet, residential use only. Any commercial activity, including but not limited to commercial photography or paid services of any kind, is prohibited." 
SUITE AUTOMATED ACCESS
A timed keyless code will be provided to you, closer to check in time of 4PM EST.

ENTERING THE SUITE - THE ENTRANCE IS AROUND THE BACK ON THE MAIN HOUSE
-If you are facing the house, you'll walk towards the right side of the house where you'll see a sun-room and a Metal black gate.
-Enter through the black metal gate
-Follow the concrete path until you reach the outdoor patio with the fire pit
-Look to your left and you'll see a single entrance door (Metal door is white and the wooden door is black)
-You'll enter the suite through the bedroom. The size is 645 square feet so comfy for 1-2 people.

PARKING
-Kindly park either on the assigned guest parking on the driveway or on the street. If you have any questions, please let me know.
-Owner/operator lives on the premise so feel free to let me know if there is anything you require.

INSIDE SUITE NO SHOE POLICY
We have a "strict" NO shoes inside the Suite policy. There is a shoe basket as you walk into the suite to your right so you can put your shoes there when you enter. In the shoe basket, you will find "brand new disposable slippers" up to a size 10 in women's (one size). You are welcome to use them and take them with you post-your stay. You are also welcome to bring your home slippers. If you have an issue with this please note before booking.

THERMOSTAT ACCESS
Please note that the thermostat is managed through the main house and for those of you like to manage your own climate (per se)....we typically have the temperature of the entire place set as follows:

-Summer temperature is typically set to a min of 74-75 degrees
-Winter temperature is typically set 65-72 degrees.
***There is also a floor fan and a personal heater

BATHROOM TOWELS, STEAMER (INSTEAD OF AN IRON), HAIR DRYER, WIPES AND DEHUMIDIFIER ETIQUETTE
-Rather than an old fashion iron, you'll have a "STEAMER" at your disposal. We also have a hair dryer and disposable wet wipes (make up wipes etc). ****the disposable wipes will be provided upon request, simply let us know before arriving and we will have the bathroom set up ahead of time****

-Towels - the bathroom is set up with:
(6) Six white washcloths size towels
(2) Two white body size towels
(1) One white hand size towel

-Last, kindly leave the “dehumidifier” on and if it’s not on, please “switch" on the "dehumidifier " when showering if its not already on (I often leave it timed during the duration of your stay)

LIGHT COOKING /KITCHEN USAGE
The suite is equipped with a kitchenette so you can cook however, LIGHT COOKING if any, is encouraged. It's safe to say that there is no "heavy cooking", deep frying nor cooking strong smelling foods; I.e., seafood. If you do cook, kindly turn on the extractor fan at all times.

ENTERTAINMENT
- Unlike hotels, you'll have access to Netflix and Amazon on the 55' inch Smart TV in the living room and on the 32'inch TV in the bedroom.
- You'll also have an "Alexa" Smart Speaker that can provide weather updates and other informational data.
- A remote control Bedroom lamp with settings for working, reading, etc

SAFETY
- When leaving the suite, remember to lock short both doors to avoid AV/Heat leaks and bugs coming into the unit.
- Do note our strict no third party to be brought to the unit nor overnight stay without permission.
- We are a "Smoke-Free" environment and loud music is not welcome in the unit.
- Again, please take off your shoes as you walk into the suite and feel free to use the disposable slippers. You can also bring your own slippers. We are a SMOKE FREE environment.
-Finally, though we love pets, we are a "Pet Free" place :)
