Lovely condo in perfect location

We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our lanai each evening. The condo was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Our managers were friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful vacation! Complex exterior was being repainted but it was a minor disturbance. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Would highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Gorgeous condo in excellent location

This condo is beautiful. Check in was easy, it was clean and kitchen was very well appointed. Very comfortable lanai furniture. The complex pool and hot tubs were so nice. Owner was very responsive! The only down side to the location was the road noise from the intersection at certain times of the day, but we got used to that.

Lovely Condo

The condo is well appointed and has everything needed for a relaxing and very comfortable vacation. The kitchen is so well stocked and such a pleasure to use, the lanai with its 180 degree view and walking distance to so many things along with the amazing pool was very much enjoyed! Communicating with the owner Ven and on site staff Nancy- who took the time to cool down the place before we arrived- was a breeze. We kept the sliding doors open much of the time and with the nice breeze, we didn't feel the need for AC. We had such a lovely vacation that we are already planning our return.

Home away from home

The apartment I stayed in was very clean and accommodating. Beautiful view. Very nice property managers . So far , every rental I have made through Vrbo in Hawaii has been great.

Fabulous stay again!

After a fabulous stay in 2022 we returned this year for another memorable vacation. The condo is so well appointed and comfortable. We especially love sitting outside each evening on the Lanai. The location, parking and closeness to the beach are just a few of the highlights! Our interaction with both the owner and the on-site team was greatly appreciated. They were prompt to answer any questions we had. We’re already looking at 2024 for a return visit. Thank you Ven!! Peggy and Bill

Not Hawaiian Paradise

As per our email to you VRBO we sent copy of communication with property manager also. Of our nine day stay we were more than half of that time without air conditioning. My husband is extremely susceptible to heat stroke so this was a dangerous situation. Had our son not been staying near by we would have had to check into a hotel for relief. The condo didn’t cool down enough to sleep till after 11:30 each evening. We were basically unable to cook because of the situation. Told unable to get repair man because it was a holiday weekend this started Saturday July 1st. Monday was not the Holiday but still no repair man. Repair man finally arrived Weds July 4th so we thought at least our last night on the Island will be pleasant but when we returned after a day at the beach it wasn’t repaired and no note no explanation so again we went to our son’s place! One big sweaty time for 6 of our 9 days basically!! We were assured by Bennett (manager of property) that we would receive a rebate for this disaster but to date we have not!!!!!!

Fabulous!

This 3rd floor condo is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything, even a complimentary bag of Kau coffee but we could not find a dish sponge so our trip for supplies included sponges and napkins. We had the AC off much of our stay and enjoyed the tropical breezes which did get strong at times! The property manager, Nancy, was kind enough to turn on the lights and AC as our arrival was after sunset and she did return to greet us and give us some suggestions on dining. The owners even text to welcome us which has only happened once before, so that was greatly appreciated. We plan on returning in 2024 and hope to return to the same condo if it's available. Mahalo!

loc ated above a busy intersection with many noisy buses and delivery vehicles that serviced the hotels in the area. We would not rent this property again.

Wonderful accomodations

This was a wonderful condo! Roomy, clean, everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation! We loved that all the beach gear was provided. Location was perfect. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Ven, the owner, was superb and quick to reply to communications. Nancy, the property manager, was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

A Beautiful Location

This property was everything that it said it would be, Great location, gorgeous surroundings, quiet, well maintained grounds and a beautiful pool. We had an issue with the AC but that was responded too by the owner’s representative and with the third floor location and the large sliders open the trade winds cooled everything off. We would definitely stay there again. Mahalo.

Very nice

The condo is in an excellent location. The AC was not working but they tried very hard to get it fixed for us all week. The cool night breezes helped with the heat at night but then the street noise in the early mornings woke us at 5:30 am every morning. I would stay here again though, even with the AC problem.

Great Lanai

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early but the elevator was out of order which made getting our luggage up difficult. The lanai is large and we will enjoyed it.

5 star all the way- we had a fabulous stay and the condo and amenities exceeded our expectations. It is apparent the owner Ven (who was great to deal with) takes great care of this property. We brought rain!

It was pouring rain when we arrived so the property manager did not meet us as promised. Not a problem since I'd lived in Waikoloa for 15 years and was somewhat familiar with the resort. He forgot to give us a gate code but we were able to follow another car in. We located the unit but our code for the lock key wouldn't work. Remember it's pouring rain and there isn't much cover at the door for three people and luggage. I called the manager and he had given us the wrong code. Once we got the correct code and got in everything went smoothly after that. Except the front door lock malfunction. Fortunately one of us was inside when it decided it wasn't going to open. And, fortunately the manager had left packing tape and we were able to do a temporary fix for the rest of the stay. The unit was great. It's large and spacious and great views. Lots of beach toys and food staples. We would come back.

Excelente location, nice rooms full kitchen. AC wasn't working in the evening. Hot water not working the last two days. These things can be corrected. Wouldn't hesitate.

Excellent condo in great location

Could not have been happier with the location and ammentities of this condo. We immediately felt comfortable and tight at home. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and gadgets, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. On island management/concierge service provided real time attention when needed. The location is awesome, nestled amongst the Kohala coast resorts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo in perfect location.

We loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious. The patio was large and comfortable. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning and finished the evening there at night. The location is perfect -- an easy walk to the beach, the Hilton or Marriott and to shops and restaurants.
