The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as the IDs of all accompanying guests. IDs for minors are not required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Events and parties are not permitted.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. If towels are stained, a replacement fee will be charged.
If you plan to have visitors, please notify us at least one day in advance and provide a photo of their ID.
Please be respectful of the neighbors on the street and in the building.
When entering or leaving the property and/or building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
