The house is cozy, with 3 bedrooms and an open concept living space. Walk though the Maple Park Historic District on your way to Riviera Beach and downtown shops and restaurants. After a day at the beach you can relax on the deck, make S'mores around the firepit or just enjoy the privacy of the fenced-in yard.

Immerse yourself in Lake Geneva living! The house is in a charming and peaceful residential neighborhood. A local favorite, Simple Bakery and Cafe, is a short walk from the house. It is perfect for coffee, breakfast or lunch! On Thursdays in the summer, you are close enough to walk to the Farmers Market and get delicious ingredients for meals. Some other local favorites are the Topsy Turvey Brewery (for craft beer and cocktails) and Guac Star for fast and fresh meals. Lake Geneva has the feel of a small town with upscale boutiques and restaurants. The house is located .6 miles from Riviera Beach and downtown Lake Geneva. Leave your car in the garage and walk to the local shops and restaurants.

You will receive a unique code for your visit, which will be sent to you at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Riviera Beach passes for 6 included.

Entire home in Lake Geneva. The main living area is an open concept with a cozy living room, dining and kitchen area. There is a coffee bar with a Nespresso Maker and espresso and coffee pods. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel pots and pans (we include SOS pads for cleaning!), utensils and full set of dinner and glassware. The dining table comfortably holds 6. The living room area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, additional seating and a smart tv, with Netflix included. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with a double over double Pottery Barn bunk bed. There is additional seating in the second bedroom for kids to have a separate space.
The third bedroom is upstairs and also has a double bunk bed, an office area with a desk, a half bath, extra seating and a smart tv with an XBox One for gamers. The space is comfortable and cozy. Dogs are welcome. The backyard features a fenced in yard, a deck, a fire pit and a detached double garage.

If you will be heading to the beach or a downtown shop or restaurant, it is easiest to walk. If you are going to golf or go to another side of the lake, you can drive.
