ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The circle driveway to the house is gravel and level for easy access. There are a couple steps up to the porch and entry is through the front door. Any locked doors in the home are for owner use only. Garage and golf cart are for owner use only.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.
