Relax at this bright retreat beside peaceful Schwan Lake, just a 3-block stroll to Twin Lakes Beach (Permit #231516). Ideal for families or small groups, the home sleeps 6 with 2 king beds, a loft with 2 twins, 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Large windows throughout the house offer beautiful views of the lake, bringing the outdoors in and creating a calming atmosphere. Walk to the beach, harbor, and local spots—your quiet, connected Santa Cruz escape awaits.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 2 bedrooms - 2 King beds, & 2 Single beds (sleeper sofa) located in the loft
- 2 bathrooms
- There are 2 reserved parking spots on the street next to the home. The garage is not available for guest parking.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ a drip coffee maker
- Living room
- 2 Decks with fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
