Beautiful Vacation

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location on the beach. It is amazingly well appointed. We cooked many meals in a kitchen that is much better equipped than the one at home! Also the bikes, the sand toys, the umbrella etc make walking out of the house onto the beach a lovely experience. The Concierge Cottages staff were incredibly responsive to our particular needs (with a toddler and a 6-month old), and very helpful re other questions. We couldn't have been happier and recommend this property with no hesitation. If there was one property upgrade we might recommend it would be the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. Thank you so much for a great week!

Perfect!

What a beautiful home! We travel a lot and this is by far the most well equipped home we've stayed at. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful!

Beautiful home. Well appointed. Had everything we needed. Smooth check-in/out. No issues. Walk out of the house and you're on the beach. Very nice to not have 100 umbrellas taking up the beach as they do in Rosemary, but yet you are still close enough to Rosemary to ride over to the restaurants/shops. We'll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home directly on beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this BEAUTIFUL home. The layout on the first floor was ideal for our needs having the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom on one level. Enjoyed DIRECT BEACH ACCESS, SCREENED IN PORCH (so peaceful at night), and amenities such as CHAIR/UMBRELLA setup and BIKES. The wall of windows to enjoy THE VIEW was a highlight. Pickleball courts were within 10 min of the property. We did encounter an AC problem (which I hesitate to mention because we have no negative thoughts) but want to highlight the EXCELLENT customer service in immediately communicating with us, finding a solution, fixing the issue, and treating us right. We would choose to stay here in the future. Thank you!

Just finished a 6-night stay. Nice home with a very functional layout. Bottom floor has a large kitchen, dining area and den plus a screen porch. Plenty of space for our group. As advertised, the house is right on the beach. Walk out of the screen porch, through the small dune and you are on the beach. The beach chairs are literally a few steps from the front of the house. Beach service puts the chairs up by 6:00 am and they stay up until 5:00 or so. We added an extra set with the beach service and it was easy to do. Beach is not crowded in front of the house - certainly nothing like just done the beach at Rosemary Beach. Found the location to be quiet and private and easy access to 98 and 30A. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was PERFECT! The communication was great. The amenities were great. The location was perfect. Our favorite part is how close it was to beach front…not busy and literally a couple steps to your beach chairs! The house was stocked with every single thing you could ever need and more! Would definitely stay again!
