Such a cute little place! It was very clean and the extra thoughtful amenities from the snacks and coffee bar to the hygiene products were unexpected and such a nice touch! I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice place along the Cane River, close to historic downtown and convenient for any necessities. Very clean and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, tea, water and snacks. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and well stocked. All coffee supplies were provided, which was greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the extra trundle bed in living room gave us extra sleeping space. I cannot wait to return in the future.

Great property on the river and super close to everything! Very clean. Host is super welcoming with toiletries and snacks. Being able to park in the garage port was a plus! Would definitely come back and stay again. Just note this is a multi unit house, so while you are in your own section, there are interior doors that lead to other rooms where people are. We weren’t aware, and while it ended up being completely fine, it did take us by surprise.Overall a great clean place to stay where the hosts take good care of you.

Beautiful place inside and out. Owner very accommodating and thoughtful. Very quiet place with nice dock on the river. Inside very clean and can tell they take pride in keeping it up. We enjoyed our short stay and hopefully will be booking again soon

The house was well represented in the listing. We loved how close it was to Front Street. With a few extra lamps, it would be even better. Would definitely stay there again. The host was very quick to respond.

Great Stay

We had a great visit. Best location that is close to everything. Very spacious and clean. Lots of extras like snacks, water and they supply shampoo and conditioner. Nice deck out back over the water. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. I will definitely stay again.

Mom Group Getaway

We had such a wonderful stay this weekend! The location was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was seamless, quick, clear, and kind. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: snacks, a variety of coffee options, and bottled water, which made us feel instantly at home. It was such a cozy and welcoming space. We’ll absolutely be making this an annual tradition!

Great place to stay - 5 minutes from town, perfect ammenities

We were searching for a well needed get-away, near the water and on a deck. This was perfect - the apartment was as shown in their pictures, spacious and comfortable. But what sold us was the lighted deck over the water where we were able to rest, watch the birds, and celebrate a wedding anniversary. We did not choose Natchitoches for its historic atmosphere but for its laid back lake/river side quaintness. This little jewel met all our expectations - and our gracious host added a sweet touch that made our anniversary very special.

Cristina’s property was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband and my daughter. The home was extremely clean and had so many little thoughtful amenities with guest comfort in mind. The private pier was an amazing addition, it was so nice to unwind and find some peace and serenity with gorgeous views of the Cane River. Less than 5 minutes from Front Street, this place was in an excellent location. Last but not least, Cristina was extremely communicative and responsive to messages, she is a great host. Natchitoches is so charming and beautiful, we will definitely stay here every chance we get.

I would like to say thank you, as I have never stayed anywhere that was so liberally supplied with snacks water, soap and coffee! I told my wife that I wished I could leave a cash tip on the bar, but she said that the cleaning staff would have got it. so I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the selfless jester. The property was extremely clean, plenty of bath towels and Kuerig coffee and extras. Very roomy. The location is perfect 10 minutes at the most from downtown Natchitoches. Such a small quaint town, great atmosphere on the river and shopping.We ate out at Mayeux’s Steak and Seafood, it was awesome.We had seafood with the best squash casserole and Mac and cheese, the buttermilk pie served with vanilla cream was delicious recommended by Cristina.We also went to Flying Heart Brewery, great food and Sam our server was great. They have an amazing deck out back on the beautiful Cane River. There are bass and perch my husband caught a couple. We came for our 10th wedding anniversary and Cristina and Lance the host left a few surprises for us,So sweet. I recommend this property great location and wonderful host.Harry and Jeannine

We will definitely be booking this rental every time we come into town if it is avaliable. We enjoyed our stay so much. The owners are so thoughtful to have the rental stocked with way more than what we could have needed. We appreciated all the little extras that they had stocked up.
