This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.

Wonderful place. Very clean and tidy. We cooked meals and kitchen had everything we needed. We hung out and played games in living room and it was so cozy. Convenient location to walk to Front St. Host was great. Highly recommend it.

The home was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk was easy to the downtown area. It was a great place to stay to enjoy the charming area for a weekend girls getaway. Communication with the host was excellent. Would stay here again.

Competition

This is one of the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was close to the event center where we needed to be for an 3 day competition. It was about a 5 minute drive. We felt very safe in the area. The house had everything we needed. We only cooked eggs of a morning so we didn’t need alot but it looked like sufficient stuff was there. The beds are comfortable. It does have about 3 steps into the house once you open the door so just know that if it matters to you. And one bedroom and bath has steps. There are only 2 dining room chairs and a small round table to eat at, but again that didn’t matter to us. This house is not “fancy” but was clean, well maintained, and worked perfect for us!! The host responded quickly all the way through the process. We would stay her again!

Great Stay

Property was very clean. The interior smelled great and the beds are SO comfortable. It is walking distance from downtown. Great spot if you plan to visit.

Great Little House!

This was the perfect little house for 3 old friends to meet and fellowship. It was clean and a great location for getting to old downtown.

Clean and cozy

Centrally located close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Christmas decorations in house were very much appreciated. Excellent place to stay for a weekend while in Natchitoches.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The property was nice, clean and well kept. We were within walking distance to the downtown area for the Christmas lights festival. We also utilized Uber so we did not have to worry about rain and parking at the festival. The grocery store is just a few blocks away which was great for us since we love to cook! We will book this place again for our next trip if available.

Cute house with easy access to Natchitoches

The house was very cute and clean. They even had a little Christmas tree set up in the living room. Easy access to downtown and Wal-Mart. Was a very pleasant stay!

Magical visit in a magical little town!

We had such a wonderful time visiting for the Christmas festival. It was a perfect way to kick off the holiday season. The house was super clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about trying to find parking. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

This property is very nice! It’s well maintained and very clean. It’s only minutes from historic Natchitoches and very convenient to NSU. We were in town for the cross country state meet and this was definitely better than the available hotels. The owner is very responsive and engaging. I highly recommend this property.

Very Clean and Convenient
