Welcome to Maui Banyan P202A! This charming garden-view hotel-style condo, perched on the 2nd floor, is the perfect hideaway for two guests looking to relax and unwind. Located directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II, one of Maui's most beloved beaches, you'll be just steps away from soft sands, warm waters, and unforgettable sunsets.

*Bonus: P202A may also be rented in conjunction with P202, a connecting one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that includes a full kitchen. Renting both together creates a spacious and flexible two-bedroom option —ideal for couples or families traveling together who want their own space while staying close. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size platform bed — ideal for stretching out after a day in the sun — as well as a window AC to keep you cool on warm Maui afternoons. The bathroom includes a step-in shower with tiled floors and a single vanity sink, offering everything you need to refresh and recharge. A flat screen TV provides the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.

The condo features a handy kitchenette including a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker — ideal for storing and preparing quick snacks, refreshing drinks, or warming up leftovers. While there's no stove for full cooking, you'll love the freedom to explore Maui's fantastic local eateries, food trucks, and markets nearby. When you want to relax at home, enjoy your favorite snacks or takeout at the cozy bar top for two or out on your private lanai overlooking lush tropical gardens.

Your condo also includes a designated parking stall. Please note, that Maui Banyan requires all guests to be registered in advance with the association. You'll receive further details in your check-in instructions.

Please note before booking. Kitchen means just microwave nothing else. No dishwasher . You will wash your dishes in the bathroom sink 😠 Garden doesn’t mean the view. View is parking lot. Almost all the parking spots close to this unit is reserved for the owner and you pu have too park very far. Since first day we asked for extra linen and we have never received it. Even for toilet paper we ended up to use napkins bcz noonday answered. Have your shampoo and conditioner for sure bcz their is so low quality. In general I don’t recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vacation

Great location

This condo is at rhe center of many great beaches. Kamole Sands II offers amazing sunsets and is right across the street. You can see the Haleakala Summit from.the parking structure here (parking is fee free). There are so many gteat restaurants within walking distance and only 35 minutes from Iao Valley. If you plan to drive the Road to Hana, this spot is very ideal, rather than trying to drive from Ka'anapali area. Woth that being said, Ka'anapali Beach is an expensive area, although only a short drive from the Maui Banyan. This unit offered what we needed as far as price and location. The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV. It's quiet and the staff and security guard, Jackie are great! If you vacation in Maui, you shouldn't be there to stay in any room, therefore it is the perfect get away. Great communication and responsive to a few requests we had. Aloha!
