Everything we needed

Good unit/bldg for price. Wished they would have scheduled the water maintenance for after checkout hours as my husband couldn’t take a shower before a long flight home, but not the end of the world.

There was not a dishwasher which for us was not a big deal. We loved the location across from the Whale Reserve!

Just right

We stayed 8 days at this unit. Was perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed to fix breakfast and enjoy it on the Lanai in the mornings. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the ice packs everyday. No cooler in the unit, but we got one for free when we rented snorkel gear at Boss Frogs. Bed was comfy and tv was nice to relax for a few minutes at night.

Older but well maintained property. Roomy space with bathroom away from sleeping area. Lovely balcony. Safe and super location! Convenient to ocean-across road. Convenient to stores, grocery and restaurants! Quiet. Nice laundry and well stocked kitchen. Great neighbors and clientele! Managing agency, especially Cassandra, were so helpful on site. Others we talked with in advance were also super helpful. They didn’t mind talking to humans.

Nice studio unit. Pleasantly surprised with all beach accessories (minus a cooler). Roku + Spectrum = no shortage of viewing options. Would definitely stay again.

Mostly Great

The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The construction project noted at the bottom of the listing was overwhelming at times with loud noises, nails on walkways, and construction equipment in the parking lot. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would stay again after the construction is over.

Perfect location, great beach nearby.

This property is in the best location - easy drive to Haleakala mountain and to Lahaina as well as Wailea. Surrounded by many great restaurants and a great beach with turtles! Overall, the property is simple but perfect for a family who is looking for a place to sleep while they are out all day.

Stay at Kihey bay surf

We were there second time but in another room. Everything was good and our stay was satisfied because of good location and clean. We forgot the bag in thee room and after leavin receiving the message about it. We will give the advice the host to change beach chairs and better if could be dish washing mashine and the place where put the suitcases.

Kihei getaway

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit itself is dated and could use a “freshen up” but is otherwise clean, spacious and perfect for a couple! The king sized bed is incredibly comfortable and the cross breeze you get in the unit is amazing. We never turned the A/C on. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach chairs and umbrella got a lot of use! Great value here, highly recommend!

Great location and well stocked

We appreciated being so near to Kihei, but removed enough that we didn't hear the busy streets or restaurant/bar goers. Loved being able to walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary to watch the whales and morning kayakers from the front deck with your morning coffee. Also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and beach chairs and gear provided by the hosts.

It is a 10 minute drive away from some of the nicest beaches and restaurants. The place was very clean and also came with a lot of amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc.

Not a Great Stay in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s see...the AC didn’t work, the cable didn’t work properly, the internet was down. Not a great stay. The RM Inc. staff were very helpful. The property owner refused to allow the RM staff to provide us with a portable AC unit and wanted the AC cord to “dry out”. Yet, there was no mention of any compensation for a listed amenity that didn’t work. We will NOT return to Kihei Bay Surf any time soon.

Simple and Super

The property is well located near to the beach and very much accessible to all the kihei beaches. Only thing is the laundry is not available in the premises was a difficult thing for us. Rest every thing is good.

Trip to Paradise

I stayed in the studio apartment for just over a week and it had all of the amenities needed. The property was clean and well maintained. It’s steps away from a beautiful beach and minutes away from local shops. The kitchenette was fully loaded and gives the flexibility of making your own meals. I bought groceries for breakfast and lunches and ate out for dinners. I highly recommend this property for anyone considering this trip!
