This charming, newly constructed house in Lake Anna Mineral offers access to the private side of the Lake with numerous amenities including a community swimming pool, tennis courts, boat ramp, day slips, athletic field and private beach.

Whether you are here to enjoy the fishing, boating, athletic activities, wildlife or the peaceful countryside we welcome you and your guests to a memorable experience.

Our home offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with the essential amenities and shower and tub, guests will feel right at home. EV car charger also available for your electric car charging needs.

The tranquil atmosphere of this amazing property is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Lake Anna.

Beautiful home

We needed a place to stay while visiting family, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The accommodations were clean, modern, and very cozy. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone needing a place near or at Lake Anna.

Perfect Stay

Home was perfect for a quick weekend getaway at the lake. It was spotless and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. The game room was a great bonus, and the quiet, peaceful community made for restful nights. Already planning to return in the summer to fully experience the lake.

Everything about our stay was better than we expected. We have stayed in numerous Lake Anna and other VRBO homes and have come to learn to read the reviews and look at the pictures carefully because houses are not always as described. This house was the first time I can honestly say that exceeded my expectations in every way. The communication beforehand was really helpful, including the owners, being very responsive to my request for information so that we could plan our activities and dining beforehand. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with needed dishware and the owners included many thoughtful touches by having available more than is typical in terms of conveniences, like shampoo and coffee. We will absolutely try to stay here again in the future.

Quiet and comfortable

This home in the Lake Anna area is lovely. It is on a street that ends in a cul-de-sac and it is super quiet. It was only 2 of us plus our dog, but this house would work well for a family for sure!This home is also not far away from a lot of what Lake Anna has to offer. It worked well for us for a long weekend stay and will consider staying there in the future as well. Thanks again!

Fenced in yard is perfect for the dogs.We love how roomy the house was for 4 x giant dogs (Leonbergers). The lack of carpet was excellent. The human kids spent their time in the attic living room and the garage game room. Kitchen is great, we were able to grill and cook. The coffee offerings were awesome!!! Dogs were able to swim at the dock launch. There was a pool but we didn’t get to use it. Water pressure was a tad low due to drought restrictions. And we had to buy our own spices which is not a big deal.

Warm and inviting home for our family weekend in Mineral. Despite the inclement weather, we had a wonderful time. This beautiful home had everything we needed, all wrapped up in a perfect package, with comfortable furnishings, excellent decor, and the perfect fenced-in yard for our little pup. The hosts were excellent with communications and expectations, and provided everything (and more) we needed for our stay Thank you!! I would love to stay here again on our future trips to Mineral. 5 stars!!
