PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

- Master Bedroom: A king-size bed with a king-size memory foam mattress and extra pillows, nightstands with lamps and USB charging ports, and a 55-inch smart TV with preloaded applications such as Netflix, Apple TV, and Peacock.

- The house provides a pre-set ID and password for easy access to these services, with the option for guests to log in with their accounts. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, double sinks, a private toilet, and a spacious walk-in closet.

- Amenities include body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, a hairdryer, and a magnifying mirror.

Important Information Regarding House Rules

We are delighted to host you and aim to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. To maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe careful the following house rules in addition to the ones stated in the book :

Towels: Towels provided are strictly for personal use (body and face). Using them for cleaning or other purposes is not permitted. Misuse will incur a replacement or cleaning fee.​

Parking Restrictions: Please note that boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveway, in accordance with community regulations. Unauthorized parking may result in fines, which will be the guest’s responsibility.​

Property Care: Any damage to the property or its belongings during your stay will be assessed, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.​

Cleanliness: If the house is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring extra cleaning beyond the standard, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.​

In addition to the house rules listed on our Vrbo's profile, we have provided a House Manual located on the kitchen island. This manual contains detailed information about the house rules and amenities. We kindly ask you to review it upon arrival, as all rules outlined therein are applicable during your stay.​

Please be aware that any violations of these house rules will be reported to Vrbo's Resolution Center for appropriate action.​
