3 bedrooms have QBs, with the other bedroom with 2 x bunk beds. All bedrooms have external, automatic roller shutters for lazy and peaceful sleep ins.

The 2nd living room is set up with toys for children to play with and a TV that is situated away from the main area.

The space
Hughes Home, situated in The Dunes, is ready to be your home away from home!

Open Plan Living:
You will enjoy the spacious open plan living area. The kitchen has delightful stone bench tops, with ample cooking appliances and space required for your stay (kettle, pod coffee machine, toaster, George Foreman grill, slow cooker). The kitchen overlooks the 85” TV and lounge area, with 12-seater (2.7m long) dining table adjacent the lounge area.

The 2nd living room is set up as a chill out zone with toys for children to play with and/or a TV for entertainment. Books and board games are kept in an adjacent cabinet.

Sleeping Arrangements:
All bedrooms have external, automatic roller shutters for lazy and peaceful sleep ins, as well as ceiling fans.
3 bedrooms have QBs, with the other bedroom with 2 x bunk beds.
Master Bedroom has a luxurious ensuite, as well as mounted TV unit and stunning sunrise views over The Dunes Golf Course.

Please BYO all linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases, hand towels, tea towels). Quilts and pillows provided.

Wet Areas:
The 2nd bathroom has a shower and bath, plus separate toilet and basin area.
The laundry also has a washing machine and heat pump drier ready to be used.

Ducted reverse cycled air conditioning is throughout the whole house for your comfort.
Ample driveway and street parking is available for your convenience.

Our outdoor space has a gas BBQ ready to cook up a storm, with comfy outdoor seating that can be moved easily for your convenience.
