Spacious & Inviting: With more than 1,750 square feet of living space, this single-family home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Ideal for families or friends: with two living areas, a private fully fenced yard, plus indoor and outdoor dining options.
Outdoor Living: Relax on the large front porch (complete with retractable awning to keep you cool), or enjoy outdoor meals on your BBQ grill, perfect for after-beach cookouts. The private, fenced in yard also features an outdoor shower, and convenient storage area stocked with beach gear.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances, cookware, drip coffee maker and Keurig, and plenty of space to dine in or al fresco.
Beach Gear Included: No need to pack the beach toys! We provide chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys to ensure you’re ready for fun in the sun.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The 5 cozy bedrooms (1 Queen, 3 Full, 5 Twin) are designed with your comfort in mind. The second floor master suite offers a private retreat, complete with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and full en suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms, and a full hall bath complete the second floor. The third floor is a hangout all its own: with 4 twin beds, 1 full bed, and living area with gaming console (Xbox One).
Convenience: Equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and central air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Plus, there’s an on-site washer and dryer, and second fridge in the laundry area.
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee).
