GATHERINGS:
We know you're coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect for other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party" policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. A minimum fine of $250 will be charged if smoking is determined to have occurred inside the condo during the reservation period. Smoking may be permitted on the terrace without damaging the furnishings.

MINIMUM AGE:
By making a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.

DECORATION:
We understand that there are special celebrations that require sticking details on the walls, please make sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the details before your departure without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall there will be a cost of 120 USD per wall. Ask us about the additional decoration service we can offer you!

VISITORS:
Visitors are not allowed.

HOW TO MOVE
We recommend using private transportation, rental cars or taxis. You can now find Uber here in Los Cabos for use within the city only.

You can park your cars at the house, at no additional cost.
