This villa was lovely! Spacious & well-appointed. Clean & well-stocked. Being right around the park means a beautiful view & seemingly quite expansive property beyond what is truly the villa’s footprint. Very responsive to inquiries. A/C in each room meant we could vary temps as needed. Gorgeous & spacious bathrooms. Highly recommend! Spent my 50th bday ladies trip here with 6 other gals. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great Property

A group of family and friends stayed at this villa. Management went beyond and above to accommodate us. House was even nicer in person. Location is very accessible to all the major tourists attractions. I was amazed at how comfortable the beds were.

House was amazing, even more beautiful than the pictures. Went for a bachelorette party and it was everything we hoped for! Quick and easy communication with the concierge who helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Incredible!!

Man what a place!! It was just as advertised, if not better! We had a group of 10 friends come stay here and had the best time! Everything was clean, well stocked, included beach equipment, and just overall couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend booking this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful property close to town.

All the rooms are beautiful and the property is quite large. Kids and adults all had a great time. “Surfer suite” should have pictures on website. There was no information about this room. We had one person cancel to go on this vacation and they would not have enjoyed this room.

Great location

Great house for my family, perfect location and clean pool. Only downside was checking in they were not aware we had early check in which was approved before so we had to wait a couple hours and also they will need to preauthorize twice for incidentals since the hold only lasts a couple days so your funds won’t be available until about 5-7 days after each one they do. The property manager was really nice and helpful, had great communication the entire time, we were grateful for him.

We're so happy to hear that our guests loved Villa de La Luz, the great location, and the beautiful pool. Typically, early check-ins are confirmed based on availability. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and guests checked out on the day of their arrival. The guests had to wait a half hour to check in, so we provided a complimentary 30-minute stop to their arrival transfer. We're glad that despite the inconvenience, they had a wonderful time. We look forward to welcoming them to beautiful Cabo again in the future.

Had a great time! The house was clean and spacious and beautiful. Our host, Giovani, was very responsive and greeted us with chips salsa and margaritas. Gustavo was our main driver taking us everywhere we wanted and always responsive. We didn’t know that the beach was illegal to swim in so please be aware of that. However driver will take you to a different beach. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for a couples group getaway!

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration with 4 other couples and it was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom with at least a queen size bed, the bed were comfortable and we each had our own full bathroom with an additional 1/2 bath out in the common area. We had a catered taco meal the first night, delicious. The only bummer was that the caterers took the leftovers and we would have loved them. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. Pedro, our concierge was very responsive to any questions/concerns. We traveled by uber everywhere we wanted to go and it was quick and inexpensive to get to down the where all the restaurants and most activities were. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

30th Birthday

I rented the place for my 30th birthday! Everything was good, but the maid only came once during our stay, and the property manager never came. The only one who was consistent was the concierge Luis! He answered all my questions and documented anything that was wrong with the place when we got there, which was the knob in the double head shower was loose , dryer knob wasn’t working and light was out on the upstairs patio.

50th birthday weekend

Villa De La Luz is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised with charming decor and five master suites. It was a perfect oasis for five couples meeting up for a birthday weekend in Cabo. Everything at the house was ready, working beautifully and prepared for us. Pedregal is very private community built into the hills above Cabo, so walking to the community beach and town is doable but might be a challenge for some. We loved it and getting a taxi or Uber is very easy if you need it. Contacting the property manager for questions from the US was a pleasure, but we did struggle a bit more to get questions answered once we’d arrived at the Villa. The person assigned to the house may have been fairly new. Overall, I highly recommend the Villa for a group gathering! The comfort could not be matched, and the whale watching from the beach was an unexpected bonus.

Not safe!

People need to be aware this house is not safe. I stayed here with a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette party and the house was broken into in the middle of the day while we were on a boat. All of our cash and some personal belongings were stolen. All of the doors and windows were locked. The staff was responsive and handled the situation very well, I have no concerns about that. However I would not recommend staying here (especially a group of females) as we had major safety concerns after the incident.

We appreciate the feedback. Guest security and safety are very important to us. We hired a 24-hour security guard for the duration of her stay, all doors now have brand new key code locks, and all sliding doors have been professionally inspected and are secure. We have had 4 reservations following this group and all have been safe. This was a very unfortunate situation and can assure the villa is secure.

Pictures are Deceiving, poor service.

Multiple issues with this company & property and as much as I tried to dispute the issues they took hardly any ownership (a refund of ~$300 after spending $5k+) Needless to say I will never use them again. Confirm the following before your stay- - Outdoor table falling apart- had to use a bed sheet as a table cloth to sit outside and eat with my family. Make sure they replaced this for actual use. - If you transport requires car seats, bring your own. I confirmed more than 3 times and of course- no car seats showed up. We had to wait an hour in the heat for our bus to come prepared with car seats. - The welcome text from your concierge is an automated message. No one cared to tell me and I could not get any requests replied to. - Request that your concierge be there for your arrival to help with bags and welcome you. Ours was not and we truly needed the help with 3 infants and luggage. - Request that any visits from the concierge or property management not occur every day of your stay during dinner. Every single dinner was interrupted by them. - Make sure the showers are cleared of mold. The interior is quite dated, so that doesn't help the esthetic & feeling of cleanliness. - The owner of the house does watch you from the outside camera by the table that is falling apart. Learned this by urgent calls because we had covered the camera with 1 year old birthday decor. - The pool is not heated unless the hot tub is on and the hot tub water waterfalls into the pool.

We sincerely apologize for any difficulties this guest experienced during their stay. We would like to address some of the concerns they have raised. Firstly, there were no malfunctions to the amenities of the home and is as advertised on the listing. Upgrades to both furnishings and amenities to enhance our guests' comfort have been made since this guest's departure. We acknowledge that the leather cover was showing wear. However, we would like to clarify that the structure of the table itself is in good condition, and we have since replaced the leather cover to maintain its appearance. The pool and Jacuzzi heater are on one unit and is always defaulted to the pool. You must turn on the Jacuzzi to switch the heating element over. This is a common setup in many homes in Cabo, and our house manager always explains this upon guests' arrival. Our concierge only visited when they called to ask for a tablecloth and to show them how to use the Jacuzzi function again. We do not disturb our guests unless they request for us to come to the home. We regret the inconvenience of the wait time for the car seats as this is not typical of our transportation vendor. They are more than happy to assist with luggage when requested upon arrival and departure. We made every effort to provide a comfortable stay and we sincerely apologize that it did not meet their expectations.

Awesome experience all the way around

This was an amazing property, not too far to the beach. Communication was top notch throughout the process and even when I got to the location. Anything and everything we needed, it was easy to get. Would definitely return.

Property was everything we expected and more!

The property lived up to its description and then some. It was very spacious, with very private bedroom spacing. Pool and hot tub were perfect, and the chef service that was recommended exceeded our expectations. The maid service was excellent, just a great overall experience.

Beautiful! Beyond our expectations!

As the maid of honor, I had the pleasure of planning this trip along with another bridesmaid for a bachelorette trip and I must say it was BEYOND our expectations. First let me say that Kimberly, our rep was amazing and an absolute joy to work with. The property itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The definition of luxury. The neighborhood was breathtaking. The girls, and I loved everything about our stay from the villa to the beaches as well as the nightlife in Cabo. Ivan, the concierge was the perfect host and was there for us with literally ANYTHING we needed. The bride was so very happy and pleased. I would 100% recommend Cabo San Lucas Villa and I cannot wait to plan another visit!

Very nice property, especially for families

We had a great stay at this property. After staying at many places in the Pedregal mountains I would consider this a very good family property. The property resides right next to a playground. It is good for adults as well. The general living area is large, but the bedrooms are huge! Master and guests have impressive size including showers and closets. Only issues with this property were the guys at the gate, they were very challenging to deal with at points. I expect this has to do with Spring Break, but was new considering we hadn't had issues before.

Excellent property, service and location

Very nice property in the gated Pedregal community. The service was excellent too - the folks at Cabo Villas were very helpful on the front end with booking a boat tour and in-house chef and offering all sorts of information, and once we were on-site, our concierge Hector was very attentive and great to work with. The one negative: it rained heavily during our first day/night, and the roof sprung several small leaks, but it wasn't anything a few towels couldn't handle.
