The Residence offers a gourmet kitchen, ocean view main suite, large patios and flat-screen TVs throughout. The master and second bedrooms both have luxurious king sized beds. The third bedroom features two elegant queen sized beds. All three bedrooms are complete with ample stone bathrooms and commodious wooden closets. In addition, there is a bunk room near the half bath and entry which allows for two additional guests. The residence can comfortably sleep eight.

This Villa has a terrace with arresting ocean views. It features lounging and dining areas, ideal for al fresco cocktails or meals. The terrace seamlessly merges with the living room by means of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, resulting in a single, harmonious, ocean breeze-infused space. The living room includes lush, comfortable furniture and an 85” flat screen TV with US satellite programming, complete with a surround sound system with outdoor speakers. There are 60” flat screen televisions in all three bedrooms. High-speed wireless Internet is included.

Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table for six, and following immediately, a luxurious granite island, ideal for an early cup of coffee or a light breakfast. The island complements the residence’s gourmet kitchen, which is fully-stocked with state-of-the-art appliances. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
