Las vacaciones familiares perfectas se encuentran aquí, en el brazo sur del hermoso lago Charlevoix, a minutos de las pintorescas áreas de tiendas y restaurantes de Charlevoix, a treinta minutos de Petosky y a quince minutos de la ciudad de Boyne. Si te encanta el agua, las impresionantes vistas, el golf, los deportes acuáticos, las motos de nieve, el esquí alpino, la pesca en hielo o simplemente relajarte en el hermoso norte de Michigan, ciertamente no te decepcionará lo que este increíble condominio tiene para ofrecer.

Nuestro condominio frente al mar de tres pisos y 2,200 pies cuadrados fue recientemente remodelado, con 3 habitaciones, 2 habitaciones familiares grandes, una cocina totalmente equipada con un amplio bar, 4 baños completos, una sala de lavandería, un amplio balcón y WiFi. Puede alojar cómodamente hasta 10 invitados, lo que permite un amplio espacio para la relajación y la privacidad.

La huelga de NIVEL INFERIOR está equipada con una sala familiar, cuarto de lavado, baño completo y barra para tragos con 4 sofás extraíbles (1 queen y 3 individuales) y una acogedora chimenea. Es un lugar maravilloso para que los niños vean televisión o jueguen juegos si los padres desean algo de privacidad en el piso de arriba. También es un gran lugar para reunirse en las noches frescas después de un día de esquí o pesca en el hielo para calentarse alrededor de la chimenea.

En el NIVEL PRINCIPAL, hay una gran cocina moderna, cómoda y espaciosa sala familiar con TV de pantalla plana, un baño completo y un hermoso balcón con vista al lago Charlevoix, donde es imprescindible asar a la parrilla y ver atardeceres tranquilos.

PLANTA ALTA contiene tres habitaciones, incluyendo una habitación principal con su propio baño privado completo. Un segundo dormitorio adorable en la playa tiene un conjunto de literas con una cama completa en el fondo y una vista increíble del lago para disfrutar del amanecer de la mañana. Una tercera habitación temática náutica tiene literas gemelas y una cama individual adicional. Un cuarto baño completo se encuentra arriba para dar cabida a muchos invitados.

En el exterior hay mucho espacio para tomar el sol, un pozo de fuego para asar malvaviscos, un gran cajón de arena y una maravillosa zona de baño. Alquiler de botes y motos acuáticas se encuentran justo al lado en Swan Valley Marina. Si tiene su propio bote, nuestro condominio tiene su propio muelle y elevador hidrólico para su conveniencia.

Hi Toni, For some reason I missed this review. I have been very happy with our cleaning service and have received many accolades regarding their performance. Great family property

Lots of sleeping options with this house. We had three generations on this trip so there was room for everybody’s needs. Having a marina next door was very convenient. We rented a boat there and could just walk over.

Great location and home

We will be back. It was perfect for the four of us, but room for more. Nice setting and home. Exactly what we were looking for! We plan on coming back next year! Very clean home that has everything you need. Kids loved the lower level while we enjoyed the top deck.

Everything was as described. Nice getaway for group. There was a small leak in the bathroom but we notified the host and she was very responsive. Didn’t affect our trip at all.

Could use better cleaning and organization

Owners were very responsive. The condo was less than ideal, food left in freezer/refrigerator, stain on bedroom carpets, medicine vials in kitchen cabinets old latter left on deck, I could go on and on. Very close to the road.

Great Location

We had a nice stay at this property with a total of 7 people. The location and layout of the property was great with 3 floors to spread out in. However, there were a couple issues we encountered - the room in the front of the house got very very hot and was noisy from the traffic especially in the morning, the barbecue on second floor had paint chips falling off the inside of the lid which got into the food (luckily there was a different bbq on the bottom floor), the bottom floor smelled like there had been a dog there recently (the owners tried to clean it but it still smelled pretty strong), there were a lot of pincher bugs in the house especially on the bottom floor, and finally there were a lot (way more than normal for a rental vacation home) of personal items left in closets, cupboards, and drawers throughout the house. The area is great with a boat rental a couple doors down and the lake is beautiful.

Overall the house was nice and the layout was nice. We stayed here for new years with my cousins family, 10 of us total. But there are a few things to be aware of. The listing fits not accurately list number of beds, I haven't checked of that had been fixed yet.. there are 3 rooms upstairs with a twin over double bunk, a queen bed, and the last room is a twin bunk with 1 more twin. In the basement there is not any pullout couches as indicated, they're is an ottoman type thing you pull out to extend the couch, not very comfortable. And only 1 of these, where the listing said 3 pull out couches at the time of booking. This was a challenge for us since we had 2teenage boys staying down there. The last thing that was odd is the amount of owners stuff that is everywhere in the house. There are 2 drink fridges in the house that were unlocked and at least half full. Most drawers and closets were full of the owners clothes and belongings.

Thank you for your review. We will definitely make some corrections based upon your suggestions. We have owned this unit for 13 years and each year we make new improvements. It has been completely renovated with new flooring and granite countertops. The laundry room was added recently to add additional cabinet space for personal belongings. Most renovations are done during fall and winter in preparation for summertime. We are adding new additional pull outs in the basement as the others were getting a little worn. Sadly our wonderful cleaning lady who we absolutely adored and had for years passed away unexpectedly very recently. She was always mindful of locking the additional refrigerators where we keep our personal beverages. The renters refrigerator in the main kitchen should have been cleaned out for your use. We will make some improvements quickly based upon your suggestions. We hope you enjoyed your stay and made wonderful memories with your family. We consider our vacation home a little slice of heaven we love to share.

Spacious Condo on water

Great size condo for our family of four, could’ve easily fit several more people comfortably. Very well stocked; excellent condition. Host was very responsive. Great views of the lake. This may not be great for very young kids, it’s on a busy road and there’s no easy access to the water.

Perfect spot for a Lake Charlevoix area vacation!

We rented this property for a girls weekend. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers and slept comfortably. The location is prime for getting to all the surrounding areas (Charlevoix, East Jordan, Boyne City and Petoskey). The property was spacious and accommodating. Important thing to note is the pull out couches in the downstairs area are not the most comfortable. But the upstairs beds were great! We would definitely rent this property again.

Location was nice. Too many owner items in closet on first floor. No notice given about how to operate the grill, since previous guests ruined knobs. Non-worker coffee maker. Owner said one was on n the basement, it was dirty. Overall nice place.

Excellent vacation

We had such an amazing stay in charlervoix and at this Condo. It's so spacious and loved having 4 full bathrooms with showers. It's been fully renovated and very clean. We brought our boat with us and they have their own dock and boat lift. Very convenient. We will be renting this place again for sure. We are actually thinking about this winter booking a week and renting snowmobiles. Thanks Kollette for also communicating so quickly and for the recommendations for restaurant's.

Great family vacation

The condo is very spacious with 3 levels which worked well with our family. We did not have and/or rent a boat while we were there but the lake was beautiful and there were plenty of boaters, paddle boarders and kayakers. We did need to contact the owner 2x's and she was very responsive. We did read the the road was right there, which it was and the only issue was noisy in the room up front but we ran a fan and it didnt seem to bother my daughter all that much. And trying to pull out onto the busy road was a little tricky, we had to have someone direct us to make sure it was ok to pull out onto the road with traffic going 55 miles per hour. All in all a great trip and would stay here again.

Great Lake front home

Our group of 10 had a Great time at this Water front property. Plenty of room for all of us with the 3 floors and 4 bathrooms and the view is awesome. Great boating from your backyard right out to Lake Michigan.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Our guests have always spoken highly of their experience and especially enjoy being able to stay right on the lake, without having to sacrifice the proximity to popular attractions and restaurants. We have taken action in response to your feedback about the cleanliness. The cleaning company that we use has given us reliable, consistent and thorough service for many years, however, we have recently noticed a decline in their attention to detail. We no longer use their services, and have switched to a different cleaning company who has provided exceptional, and quality results for our guests. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and this issue has since been corrected. We are excited about the positive change this new company has brought, and are equally as excited to share additional changes, as we are finishing up some amazing renovations inside, to further enhance our guests' vacation experience on their next stay.

We loved this place and plan on staying here again. Good size, very comfortable and VERY roomy. Swimming and fishing right off the dock. Rented a ski boat 3 doors down at a very reasonable rate at K's suggestion. 1/2 mile to East Jordan for ice cream, eating out and groceries. Have stayed in Boyne city other times and like this as well or better. Neighbors were great. Everything Kollette said was how it occurred. Great place for two families.

My name is Kollette and my husband's name is Rod. We live in East Lansing and both attended Michigan State University where I graduated in Vocal Performance and Elementary Education. I went on to obtain my law degree and I am now a practicing attorney. My husband is a self employed builder which has been wonderful in remodeling and designing out condo. We both grew up vacationing on Lake Charleviox with our families. We often joke that we may have crossed paths as kids and never even realized it!

Several summers ago I visited a friend and former collegue who purchased the condo next door. I absolutely fell in love with her condo and when I learned the unit next door was for sale I just knew we had to buy it. I later brought my husband to look at it and he felt the exact same. We are enjoying the many memories we have created and look forward to many, many more. It's great having a friend next door who rents her condo too. If large groups need two places we can try to accomodate that as well.

One of the many features that makes this vacation home so spectacular is the lay out. With three floors and 4 full baths,guests find themselves enough room for comfort and enough space to get ready for the day in a hurry. You won't see fighting over the bathrooms in this wonderful place!

Everything you will ever need is directly at your fingertips. A kitchen that supplies everything a cook will ever need such as, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave, plus everything you need for grilling or other gourmet meals. In fact we have a gas grill on two levels depending on where you feel like cooking!
A large convenient laundry room for towels and bathing suits and even an iron should the need arise. Everything is here so you will never need to leave this Lake house unless of course you so choose.

For those guests who choose to be on the go, amazing restaurants such as Gray Gables which offers the freshest ingredients combining a flair for creativity offering the finest of dining experiences are just minutes away.

There is such a vast array of activities for whatever your desires are. It's perfect for those quiet sunsets and great for the adventurer. Come enjoy pure Michigan!
