This spacious, pet-friendly home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests with multiple king beds—perfect for families, couples, or groups traveling together. Conveniently located outside East Jordan in a quiet cul-de-sac.
You enter the home in an open kitchen, dining room, and living room layout with access to the main deck that overlooks a open field with views of the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. The main floor has two king bedrooms, both with large closets to store away belongings. A unique open concept attic loft area adds extra character and includes a cozy queen bed—great for kids or those who love a tucked-away sleeping space. Going downstairs there is a second smaller living room with a large TV. Passing through, you will enter a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds or into an open area that provides walkout access to outside. This lower level opens directly to a brand-new hot tub under the deck, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day on the lake or exploring the area.
Enjoy stunning sunset views over Lake Charlevoix from the deck, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or enjoy everything Northern Michigan has to offer, this home provides a comfortable and memorable base for your stay.
