We are disappointed to read this review, particularly because none of these concerns were reported to us during your stay despite our team being readily available and highly responsive throughout your reservation. For the benefit of future guests, the property's bedroom count and sleeping arrangements are accurately represented in our listing, including photos and descriptions of every room. The accommodations provided are exactly as advertised. We also take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Had any of the issues mentioned been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Our records, pre-arrival inspections, and listing photos do not support several of the claims made in this review. We strive to provide every guest with a positive experience and encourage guests to communicate any concerns while on the property so that we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly.
