Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool. water park including Lazy river, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!
Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.

Cozy 2 bed/2 bath overlooking the lake, across the street from Sandy’s Meet & Eat, Soapy Suds, and the grocery store! Perfect location. The Water Park is one block over. And it’s just a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!!
