Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, Villa Vino is a spacious retreat for a memorable getaway. Minutes from wineries and a short walk to a stunning lake, enjoy sunset strolls and scenic views. With 6 private bedrooms, multiple family rooms for privacy, and large decks for BBQs, there’s space for everyone. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the game room with an arcade, dartboard, and more. Perfect for family reunions or friends' retreats, this home promises comfort, fun, and unforgettable moments.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, Villa Vino is great for larger groups looking for an space and access to local winery's and shops, featuring:
Six Total Bedrooms that makes it feel more like a Boutique Hotel then a vacation home, where each room has a unique name based on wine grape so you will never forget which room is yours (Pinot, Cabernet, Syrah, etc):
-Five bedrooms upstairs on main floor:
(1) Large master with en suite bathroom.
(4) Four additional bedrooms, where one of them also has an en suite bathroom. Plus additional 1.5 bathrooms on main floor.
- One (1) bedroom downstairs w/ on-suite bathroom, near the game room with easy access to the lower living room.
Two family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs near the Darts and Arcade room. Both have large smart TVs for larger groups that may want to some time to recoup from the group, or accommodate different interests. Stocked with board games.
Two Decks, one on the front of the house for enjoying sunset with a gorgeous view of the rolling hills and the other in the back, with a BBQ and picnic tables for entertaining. Back deck look over a gas fire-pit for enjoying time with family or friends under the stars. Backyard is nestled into the natural large rock landscape with plenty of space to for a large group to spread out.
Get out for nature walk with direct access to beautiful hiking trails around Lake Ralphine. Rent a kayak or paddle board and soak in the natural wildlife, or fish for bass from the shore.
Find a spot to enjoy some morning coffee or evening wine and listen to the ducks while taking in a sunrise/sunset.
Perfect location for wine tasting, situated perfectly between Napa and Sonoma valley, with hundreds of wineries around you! Additionally you could go west to the Russian River area and enjoy breweries, river float, zipline and the coast.

We absolutely love wine country! Being in Santa Rosa allows easy access to both Sonoma and Napa Valley, so its the best of both worlds. We often plan to spend one day in each region. I am happy to suggest wineries for your trip, there are so many amazing places to visit.
This neighborhood is special because it has direct walking access to Ralphine Lake and Howarth Park. These areas provide peaceful opportunities for fishing, walking, hiking, paddle boating and more. There is a fantastic park and play structure for younger children as well nearby,
We are near the wildlife safari, the petrified forest, fairgrounds and concert venues, shopping, restaurants etc. Plus access to the coast, the redwoods, ziplining, Lake Sonoma and more.

We have one of the largest homes available in the area. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and over 3450 sq ft, there is so much room to spread out and get together. This home is perfect for multigenerational families or groups of friends. We have two separate living room areas, large dining, a game room and expansive outdoor space for grilling, chatting and yard games. The Hottub is the best place to catch the sun coming up. Being in a residential neighborhood means consideration to those around us, but also gives you a prime location for exploring the area.
