Boasting amenities like a toaster, blender, multiple sets of dishes, a beverage fridge, and both Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines, this home welcomes you with everything you’re used to and more.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, and a stockpile of board games for your enjoyment.

The secondary lounge is right near the back entrance, with natural light shining through the sliding glass doors and a cozy electric fireplace positioned under a large smart TV. Enjoy this airy and modern home while soaking in the warm sunshine of this blissful oasis.

With a giant Connect-4 & cornhole set, the kids will not grow bored! Patio right off the backdoor entrance has plenty of seating, along with plenty of couches and additional tables and chairs so can kick your feet up anywhere. An outdoor shower is situated on the patio for those after beach moments, and the Weber Grill is perfect for an afternoon family BBQ.

House Rules:

-Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 30 years old.

- Guests IDs must be submitted prior to staying with us. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Guests without other host reviews will be asked for names and formal ID for all guests.

-A signed rental agreement may be requested for long term stays.

-Only dogs allowed. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee is baked into your nightly rate if you choose to bring your pet

- Guests are responsible for adhering to garbage and recycling schedules during their stay.

- Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted. (Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.)

-Smoking is permitted ONLY outdoors.

-Hot Tub is only available Saturday-Thursday. Fridays it is serviced, cleaned and closed for the next arriving guests on Saturday. Hot tub closed Oct- April.

- Front door security camera and noise monitoring system are present for safety and compliance purposes. (Any fees associated with tampering with this equipment will be charged to the guest.)

- $100 replacement fee for each lost beach badge

- Please clean the grill after each use.

-Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. Bouncer, pack n play, and high-chair are provided.
