Stay in the heart of Historic Downtown St Augustine in this 100yr old 2BR/1B completely renovated in 2023! You'll love the stylish "Luxe Lemon Lower" after a day of site-seeing (7 min walk to downtown), or trip to the beach (a 12 min drive)!

Guests should be adults or older children. 1 parking space available.

Note: The loft atop this unit is also rentable, w/ connected or disconnected private entrance, & sleeps 2. Ask us or search "AirBNB Lemon LOFT" or "AirBNB Lemon WHOLE" to rent loft or the whole house.

The space: Both designer bedrooms feature luxe queen size beds, dressers and ample comfort.

Bedroom 2 includes a workspace with desk and chair.

Important:
On top of this house, the "Luxe Lemon Lower", is another space that is available for rent, called the "Luxe Lemon Loft" (1BR/1.5B). The upstairs unit has a private entrance on the side of the house.

There may be someone staying in the "Luxe Lemon Loft" unit at the same time you are staying in the "Luxe Lemon Lower". Please be mindful of this and kind regarding noise level.

The entire house is adorable! It was both clean and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location for visit St. Augustine whether it’s your first time or you are returning. The host was very helpful when it came to parking and entry instructions. It was a great stay in a charming home.

Easy access—very clear instructions—1floor living which was nice. Very tasteful decor. Loved the color of the fridge. Walking distance to downtown but far enough away to not hear any celebratory events. Central air was wonderful so we were very comfortable. Nice to be able to chill after time in St. Augustine.

Short stay for college tour

The location was super convenient, just a 10min walk to St George St and the Fort. We enjoy St. Augustine and the fact that everything was within walking distance made it even better! Home itself was super nice and a bottle of wine from the local winery was waiting for us in the kitchen, really nice touch. Much appreciated! We enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

Great place. Walkable to historic district! Only problem - we had no internet connection until 11:00 on our first full day. We called Trent when we got there on Saturday. He was quick to respond but provider could not come until Sunday. Overall, the place was great!

immaculate property and perfect location!

We were taken back at how beautiful this property was. Super clean with perfectly designed spaces. Beds were very comfy as well! completely renovated home with St. Augustine charm. Kitchen is stocked and ready for a dinner prepared by a chef. There is about a five minute walk into the main part of town. We can't wait to come back and stay again! Final sign off, The pictures on the site do not do this house justice!
